Suspect: Male subject 5'9" dark hair, wearing red t-shirt, black pants possibly driving a black two door Honda Civic no license info.
Victim palying out in front her residence walking to there mailboxes on Sunday April 27, 2008 was approached by a male subject who then held a red electrical wire causing a small laceration he told her I told I would get you another vehicle drove by and male got in his vehicle and drove off. Victim did not know susbject or the vehicle in the area before.

The above individual already incarcerated at the jail was found to have an outstanding Bench Warrant form Bernallilo County for Domestic Battery, Aggravated Battery.Subject was rebooked into the jail, bond on warrant was $3500.00.

On the above date the victim was riding around with her ex-boyfriend and two other male subjects when he pulled over on a side street and attempted to sexually assault her. When she got him to stop the suspect drove to another area off of State Rd. 599 and forced her out of the vehicle and drove off. The victim walked to a nearby residence and broke the window to gain entry where she stayed until the caretaker of the residence found her and called Law Enforcement.

Sometime this date unknown person cut the lock to the front gate accessed property and and attempted to cut lock to a construction trailer but were unsucessful at this point nothing appears to have been taken. No Suspects at this time.

On the above date the suspect was reported to be walking in the above area waving around a pair of scisorrs. When contact was made with the suspect he resisted arrest and found to be in possession of cocaine and a syringe.
