Forced entery was made by kicking in the front door, Once inside suspect rummaged through residence victim reports nothing appears to be missing. Victim suspects former worker she recently fired as a vehicle fitting the description of what suspect drives was seen in the area on todays date.

Victim reported that sometime between 10:30 pm on 4-12-08 and 6:40 am on 4-13-08 an unknown person stole his black in color 2007 Chevy Tahoe bearing NM 7640UNM from the driveway of his residence. The vehicle has 22" mag. aluminum wheels, tinted windows and contained very little gas. No suspects or witnesses at this time. Vehicle is entered into NCIC.

On the above date, the above named defendant was arrested for Driving his motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. The supect was stopped for speeding 60mph on a posted 40mph zone. After failing field sobriety tests, he was placed under arrest. Suspect had a blood alcohol level of .26 and was booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Deputies assigned to investigate a Domestic Disturbance thye determined that the defendant Rodolfo Carillo had been in involved in a physical altercation with his wife striking her several times and when the their fifteen year old daughter attempted to intervene and stop him form hitting her mother Rodolfo Carillo slapped the child twice aboout the face. Subject was arrested without incident and taking the Jail facility and booked on charges of Abandonmetn or Abuse of a Child and Battery on a Household member. No Bond was set.

On Sunday 4/13/08 the above listed were involved in a physical altercation starting at the Lone Butte General Store on SR 14, where witnesses indicated that the female was being physically assaulted, subjects left thye area in a white mini van and later were involved in additional domestic violence at 30 W. Cochiti where the femal obtained control of the mini van and struck her husband with the vehicle, female was located and and treated for her injuries. male was located and treated for his injuries. Louis Gonzales was arrested for Aggravated Battery on a Household Member, Resisting or Obstructing an Officer and booked into the jail. Rebecca Gonzales was arrested for Aggravated DUI, Aggravated Battery on a Household Member and booked into the jail. No Bond were set for both individuals.

The victim reported that upon arriving home and pulling into her driveway she was approached by a male subject who pointed a a small handgun at her demanding her purse and threatend to shoot her if she did not comply. Victim was made to turn around suspect took purse and fled driving a silver Pontiac Sunfire south on 84-285 Case is pending further investigation.
