On 09-18-08 the victim reported that on 09-17-08 she and her spouse were in an altercation. The victim stated that she had sent her children to stay with relatives for their safety, do to the suspect threatening to kill them. On the night of the 17th the spouse held the victim against her will while holding a knife to her throat. The victim did recieve non-life threatening injuries. Victim reported the incident after the spouse had left for work. This case is currently under investigation.

On 09-18-08 the victim rerported that someone stole the tires and rims from his 2007 Jeep Wrangler. The vehicle had gotten stuck in the Buckman Area off of Santa Fe County 62. The suspect(s) are pending at this time.

Arrested: Jose Velasquez-Chavez - age 28, Santa Fe
Driver was stopped for failing to maintain a lane. He was found to be impaired and he admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages prior to driving. He did not have vehicle insurance, registration or a license. He was placed under arrest and submitted to a breath test - results .17 and .20 and .18. He was booked into ADC.

On 9-18-08 at about 4:06am, deputies made contact with the above juvenile and he was found to have an active warrant. JPO was notified and the juvenile was arrested and booked accordingly.
