Three clams were taken from inside the victims camper shell. She noticed the clamps were missing when she began to driver her vehicle and the camper nearly fell off. The clamps were valued at $30.00

Charged: Possession of a controlled substance to wit: Marijuana, Driver must be Licensed, Careless driving.

Suspect # 2: Wilfredo Flores, age 22, Santa Fe NM

Charged: Resisting or obstructing an officer.

ON 4/3/08 at 2313 hours driver was observed traveling west on Airport Road on the center turn lane passing vehicles.  A traffic stop was intiated with the vehicle at the above location.  Contact was made with driver and in plain site a clear platic baggie which contained a green leafy substance was located between the front seats.  Driver admitted to green leafy substance being his.  A field test kit confirmed the item was Marijuana.  Driver did not provide a drivers license.  Suspect # 2 which was the passenger failed to comply with Deputy's orders and attempted to hide clear plastic baggie with green leafy substance.  Both subjects were arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Suspect: Shari Wilson, age 42, Norman OK

Charged: DWI, Careless Driving, No Insurance

On 4-3-08 at 2347 hours the above subject was stopped for weaving on the roadway.  Upon contact with the driver she had blood shot watery eyes and slurred speech.  Suspect showed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest.  Suspects Brac results are .14, .14.  Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Suspect: Hispanic Male approximately 5'8" wearing a dark shirt and blue jeans

Suspect Vehicle: Newer model Honda CRV, silver in color

Stolen Items: Two televisions, a Laptop Computer

Charges: Pending

On 04-03-08 at about 3:17pm a burglary in progress was reported in the area of Calle Casabella. The unidentified suspect stole two LCD televisions and a laptop computer. Witnesses gave the above description of the suspect and vehicle.

On 04-03-08 the above subject was arrested on two Santa Fe Municpal Court Warrants charging him with Failure to Appear as ordered by the court. Subject was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center and booked accordingly.

Location:  3900 block of San Felipe, Santa Fe, NM

On 4/3/08 at 0515 hours, deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a business alarm.  Upon arrival deputies made contact with caretaker and began to check the area.  Deputies located the main door to the business wide open in which it was kicked in.  Suspects gained entry into the business where they went through the desk drawers.  It is unknown if anything was taken at this time.  Damage to the doors is estimated at $2000.00.

On 4/2/08, Deputy arrested the suspect at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center on a bench warrant out of Santa Fe District Court charging failure to comply with conditions of probation.  Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Location of arrest:  Open field on Agua Fria near Morning Drive, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect:  Matthew Pintor, age 18, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Trafficking a controlled substance to wit:  Marijuana, Contributing to the delinquency of a minor, Possession of drug paraphernalia, Improper use of registration, No Insurance, Driving on a suspended/revoked driver's license

On 4/2/08, the suspect was stopped in the area due to a man with a gun call.  Suspect had 11 buds of marijuana, an electronic scale, a glass pipe in his possession.  Suspect had a suspended license, no insurance, and ficticious plates.  Suspect was also accompanied by (2) 17 year old juveniles.  Suspect was then arrested, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 03-31-08 the victim reported that an employee had taken about $3,000.00. The employee stated that they were going to repay the money to the bank. However the employee was terminated from her job and never returned to repay the money.
