On 9/4/08 at 1847 hours a motor vehicle crash occurred at above area. Suspect was being medically treated and displayed signs of impairment. Suspect admitted to drinking alcoholic beverages as well as taking prescription medication. Suspect submitted to a blood draw. Results are pending. Suspect did not have a valid driver's license and no insurance. The registration plate did not belong to the vehicle. Suspect was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On the above date, the above named officer responded to the location regarding a reported domestic disturbance. Upon arrival the victim advised that the defendant had arrived home intoxicated and began to accuse her of damaging his vehicle. the victim then advised that the defendant then slapped her on the face causing pain and redness. The defendant was arrested without incident and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility and booked accordingly.

On the above date, the above named officer witnessed the defendant driving recklessly on Airport Rd. Upon making a traffic stop, the officer smelled burnt marijuana, which the defendant gave to him. The defendant tried to give the officer false information on his identity. It was learned taht the defendant had an active arrest order out of the Magistrate Court. He was transported and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe Adult Detention Facility.

On 9/4/08, Deputy observed driver cross the white right shoulder lane 3 times and initiated a traffic stop. Vehicle was stopped at the Allsup's Convenience Store on State Road 14. Suspect showed signs of impairment. Suspect overheard RECC about an active bench warrant and had opened the door to his vehicle. Suspect was arrested without incident. An open can of beer was located in the center console. Suspect was read NM Implied Consent and agreed to be tested. Suspect BrAC was .15, .17. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Victim stated that she then noticed that her husband's gold and turquoise watch and a bag of miscellaneous coins were missing. Victim valued items to be worth over $15,000 - $20,000. Unknown if anything else was taken.
