Deputies responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at the above listed location. An investigation revealed that the suspect and her live in boy-friend had engaged in a verbal arguement about his long work hours. during the arguement the suspect scratched her boyfriend across the chest. Suspect was subsequently taken into custody.

The regional communications center received several calls regarding a wrong way driver on US Highway 84/285 in the area of Milepost 170 (Tesuque Area). Deputies responded and located the vehicle that had collided with a concrete barrier. Contact was made with the driver who was found to be impaired. Suspect failed the battery of standardized field sobriety tests and was taken into custody. He was taken to St. Vincents Hospital for complaints of injury and was taken the Santa Fe County Detention Center upon his release. Breath test results were .14,.15 respectively.

On 3-19-2008, at 4:56 AM, the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location. The suspect lost control of the vehicle allowing it to leave the roadway on the right side. The suspect then over corrected, causing the vehicle to re-enter the roadway and then leave the roadway on the left side. The vehicle then went up an embankment, through a right of way fence and then rolled a minimum of two times down the other side of the embankment, coming to rest on the right should of southbound I-25. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and submitted to a Blood Alcohol Test. The results of that test are pending. The victim, who was the unrestrained right rear passenger in the vehicle and was ejected from the vehicle. sustained serious head and internal injuries. Two juvenile passengers in the vehicle were treated for injuries at St. Vincent Regional Medical Center and released to their respective parents.

Charges: Receiving or Transferring a Stolen Motor Vehicle, Failure to Appear Bench Warrant out of Bernalillo County Magistrate Court citing DWI
Deputies were summoned to the Morning Drive Allsup's to investigate a report of a male individual arguing with the clerk. Deputies contacted a group of males and discovered that the above named defendant was in possession of a stolen motor vehicle and was wanted out of the Bernalillo County Magistrate Court for failure to appear on DWI charges. The defendant was arrested and booked accordingly.

The victim reported that she had dropped off her rent check at the office of the rental community on 3/6/2008. The rent check was never received by the office and a check with the bank showed that the check had been forged in the name of male suspect. The case is under investigation.

The victim reported that unknown suspects unlawfully entered his residence via an unlocked door. The above listed items were stolen and a white Chevrolet truck was seen in the area, occuppied by one male and one female. No specific information exists regarding these individuals or the vehicle.

On 03-17-08 the above subject was found in a vacant residence by the owner. The suspect fled the area in a vehicle which struck the property owner as it backing out of the property. The vehicle and suspects were located traveling on Airport Road a short time later. The suspect was found to be impaired and was arrested on the charges of Breaking and Entering, Aggravated Battery, possession of drug paraphernalia and DWI.

On 3/18/08 deputy observed vehicle driving on Rodeo Road and lose control while wturning onto Galisteo. Suspect as also driving on the wrong side of the road. Deputy attempted to stop vehicle which driver began to accelerate and flee from deputy. Driver then lost control of vehicle and was involved in a motor vehicle crash. Driver/suspect then fled from vehicle in which deputy chased after him and deployed his taser to apprehend suspect. Deputy could smell an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath and person. Suspect had slurred speech and bloodshot watery eyes. Suspect was placed under arrest and read the NM Implied Consent Act in which he agreed to provide a blood sample. Suspect had a female juvenile with him who stated that suspect gave her alcohol. Suspect was then transported to St. Vincent Hospital to get checked and then to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center where he was booked accordingly.
