On 3/18/08 deputies were dispatched to a domestic disturbance at above location. Suspect and victim are involved in same sex relationship. Victim & suspect were involved in a verbal arguement due to suspect's ex-boyfriend coming in for the Easter weekend. Suspect became angry, pushed and punched victim in the forehead and left side of the hip. Suspect was then arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 3-17-2008, at 8:59 PM, the supect was operating the vehicle south at the location when he entered a DWI Check Point. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater. The suspect was also found to be in possession of an open bottle of Bacardi Rum.

A contract worker was paid for work with several checks that were returned to the bank for insufficiant funds. The worker was then paid in cash. The worker then took the returned check and cashed them. He kept the money, which was estimated to be over $6000.00. The case is under investigation.

Location: Gun Barrel Road, Arroyo Seco, NM
Victim was involved in a road rage incident at the above location and he approached the driver of the other vehicle. The suspect driver produced a handgun and the victim fled in his own vehicle. The suspect followed and discharged the firearm several times toward the vehicle's vehicle, striking the rear. The victim fled to his mother's house and the suspect continued to follow and shot the victim's vehicle again. The suspect then left the area. Investigation is still on going and the suspect has not been located. The victim did not sustain any injuries.

16 year old victim reported that he was on his way to school when he encountered an unknown male laying in the bushes, on the side of the roadway. He went to render aid and the suspect grabbed the victim and held a knife to his throat. The victim was able to get away and notified authorities. A search of the suspect throughout the area was conducted but he was not located.

On 3/14/08, at about 12:00pm, the above deputy was investigating a motor vehicle crash at the above location. One of the drivers showed signs of impairment and admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages prior to driving. He was subsequently placed under arrest and charged. He was booked into the adult detention center accordingly.
