Between January 21, 2008 amd today at 3:50pm, suspect(s) gained entry without force into a residence. While inside they took a 5o inch TV, a dvd player and 5 red throw pillows. The suspect(s) also took the keys to a 1999 Tan in color Honda Accord bearing New Jersey plate UBY-12Y. The vehcile was entered as stolen.

On 3/15/08 suspect was observed travelling northbound on US84-285 at an observed and confirmed speed of 77 miles per hour in a posted 55 mph zone. A traffic stop was conducted with the defendant during which time an odor of an alcoholic beverage was smelled emitting from his breath. SFST's were administered and the defendant displayed signs of impairment. The defendant was arrested, read the NM Implied Consent Act and was requested to submit to a breath test. Defendant submitted to breath test and Brac was .13, .12. He was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 3/15/08 deputy observed suspect travelling at a high rate of speed on SR 76. Upon contact with driver, deputy could smell an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from her breath. Suspect showed signs of impairment. She was then given SFST's and was found to be impaired and was placed under arrest. She was read the NM Implied Consent and agreed to give a breath test; results on Brac were .09, .08. She was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On March 15, 2008, the above deputy responded to the above location regarding a domestic disturbance. After investigation, the above suspect was arrested for striking and causing injury to his adult daughter. The suspect was booked into the adult detention center accordingly.

On 3-14-2008 at 10:08 PM, the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location at 73 miles per hour in a posted 55 mile per hour zone. It was revealed that there was an active warrant for the suspect's arrest for Failure to Appear that had been issued by the McKinley County Magistrate Court.

Suspect: 2 hispanic males 16-19 yrs old Charges/Arrest: pending
On Thurs 3/13/08 at approximately 2344hrs/11:44pm, victim was upstairs in his bedroom, when 2 unknown males unlawfully gained entry to his vehicle and used the garage door remote control to open the garage door. The suspects then unlawfully entered the residence via an unlocked door and proceeded upstairs, where they pulled out a handgun and began beating the victim with the gun. One of the suspects face was covered with a mask. Suspect threated to shoot suspect, if he reported the incident to police. Suspects ran off as victims roomate got up from his bedroom to investigate. Victim was transported to St. Vincent hospital for head injuries. Victim suspects that his ex-girlfriend may be somehow involved. Investigation continues.
