The victim reported that he believed that his ex-girlfriend entered his residence and removed his dog and TV set. This incident occurred following the break-up of their relationship. The suspect was located and denied taking the items.

The victim reported that she utilized her credit card at a local business and then a short time later learned that the cashier transferred $500.00 from the victim's credit card to her own personal checking account. The case is under investigation.

Victim reported that on 8-13-08 between the hours of 12:00 mid-night and 7:30 a.m. an unknown person(s) unlawfully entered his vehicle by breaking a window and stole speakers from the trunk.  The victim estimated the value of the speakers at $230.00.  No suspects or witness information is available at this time. 


0208007002 Auto-Burglary 08-12-08

Location: Buffalo Thunder Resort Parking lot

On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding an auto-burglary.  Upon arrival, the victim advised that her vehicle was burglarized while at the casino.  Unknown suspect(s) threw a rock through the driver's side window and stole a radar detector, a Chocolate cellular telephone, a portable DVD player and a case containing approximately 25 CD's.  Value of the theft was estimated at $850.00.

Arrested: Ramon Guillen DOB: 08-31-53

Charges: Felony DWI

On the above date, the above named officer assisted in the arrest of the above maned defendant.  The defendatn was reported to be driving at the above location and was unable to maintain his lane of traffic.  Defendant was unable to complete field sobrity tests and passed out.  A search warrant was obtained for the defendant's blood.  Driver's history report revieled that the defendant had four prior DWI's and was charged with a felony.

Arrested: Stephen Bradley Lanier, 32 yoa Macon North Carolina

Charges: Bench Warrant, Fugitive From Justice

The above named defendant was in the process of being bonded out of jail when a routine NCIC clearance check was conducted. It was learned that the defendant was wanted out of Macon North Carolina for a Probation Violation. The defendant was booked on the outstanding warrant and also charged with being a Fugitive from Justice.

Victim reported that unknown suspects broke into his vehicle and took above items.  No other information is available.

Victim reported that unkonw person entered his vehicle and took his pistol out of the vehicle.  The vehicle was not locked.  No other information.

Victim reported that unknown persons vandalizied his family horse arena by burning hay and spray painting graffitti on walls.  Damage was estimated a $200.  No person nor animal were injured durning incident.

Location: Banana Hill Road, Arroyo Seco

Victim: 44 year old female

Above victim was staying at her boyfriend's residence and both had been drinking alcoholic beverages. According to the boyfriend, the victim retreated into the bedroom and when he later checked on her, he found her deceased. Criminal Investigations responded to the scene and the investigation is ongoing.
