On 3/11/08, deputy observed suspect run a red at Richard's Avenue and Governor Miles Road. Suspect was found to have 2 bench warrants out of DeBaca County and Santa Fe Municipal Court for failure to appear. Suspect was then arrested, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center. Suspect #2 was in the vehicle and was told to calm dowm and she continued to yell profanities and be disruptive. Upon trying to restrain suspect #2 she pulled away from deputies. Suspect #3 was also run through the computere and was found to have an active warrant out of Magistrate Court in Santa Fe for failure to pay fines and failure to report to Alcohol treatment.

On 3/8/08 Deputy observed male subject who appeared to be intoxicated walking on side of the road. Contact was made and suspect had a local warrant out of Santa Fe Municipal Court for failure to comply with conditions of probation. Suspect was then arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 3/8/08 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a fight involving 2 male subjects. Prior to deputies arrival, suspect left the area. Victim advised that suspect through a bottle at him but did not strike him. Suspect was found in the parking lot of above location and had an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath and person. Suspect was found to be impaired during the SFST's. Suspect was then arrested, read the NM Implied Consent and refused to take the test. He was then transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center and booked accordingly.

Between 11:30am and 4:30pm suspect(s) entered a 2001 Jeep Cherokee while parked at the ski basin. Taken from inside was a wallet and several credit cards. Several charges had been made on the credit cards prior to them being cancelled. The case is under investigation.

Charged: Bench warrant out of Las Vegas, NM magistrate Court for failure to appear
On 3/8/08, deputies were dispatched to a same sex domestic dispute at the above location. Both parties had struck one another. Owner of the residence had a scratch on her neck and advised the other party to leave when she refused to leave she had pushed her out the door. Both parties then began to leave in their vehicles and one vehicle struck the other. Witness had an active warrant for his arrest out of Las Vegas, New Mexico for failure to appear. He was then arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

On 3/7/08 between the hours of 1200 and 2156 victim's vehicle was stolen from her residence. Victim stated that she left her vehicle unlocked and possibly a key inside. The vehicle a 2006 Pontiac G-6 black in color bearing NM HXD291 was entered into NCIC. There are no suspects at this time.

On 3/7/08 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to abandonment or abuse of a child. Deputies made contact with victim who stated that his children were left alone in the residence. Deputies arrived at the residence and found it to be cold and the mother no where to be found. Suspect called RECC looking for her children and was found to have an active warrant for her arrest. She was also charged for abandoment or abuse of a child. She was arrested, transported and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
