On 8/2/08, Deputies responded to a 911 hangup/possible Domestic dispute. The suspect was arguing with his girlfriend over some unknown texting on her cell phone. The victim walked outside, but the suspect grabbed her, pulled her inside and threw her on the couch. Victim called 911,and suspect pulled the telephone cord out of the wall, preventing her from talking to dispatch. Suspect was arrested, charged, booked acordingly.

On 8/2/08, suspect was being processed by jail,and getting medically cleared when she grabbed a female Correctional Officer by the shirt and tried to throw her on the floor, but suspect was restrained and put in a cell. Suspect apologized and said she was just drunk, and did not realize what she had just done. Case refered to DA's office.

On 8/1/08 Deputies responded to a violent domestic, with possible shots fired. Suspect was fighting with his girlfriend, because she was having sex with one of his friends. Suspect used a shovel to cause over $1,000.00 worth of dmage to her 1999 Ford Escort 2d. Suspect was arrested/charged/booked accordingly.

On 08-02-08 the above person was arrested on the above charges. Subject was observed operating a Ford Explorer, by Santa Fe Police Department failing to maintain it's lane. Upon my arrival, I made contact with the above person and observed physical sings of impairment. The above person was unable to perform the Standardized Field Sobriety Test. The above person was placed under arrest. The above person sumbitted to a breath test with a result of .30/ .30 BrAC. The above person was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Sometime between 6:15pm and 7:50pm on 08-01-08 unkown person's smashed out the driver side window on the above vehicle while it was parked on Bishop's Lodge Road in Tesugue. Above items were stolen from the vehicle. One of the credit cards had been used in Espanola, NM.

Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance to wit; Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphenalia, Probation Violation
On 08-01-08 at approximately 1802-hours/ 6:02pm, a 16 year old juvenile male and a 15 year old juvenile male were located at the above location. Upon further investigation it was found that both males were found to be in possession of marijuana and pyrex pipes. Both juveniles were also on probation with the Juvenile Probation Office. Both juveniles were booked into the Santa Fe County Youth Detention Center accordingly.
