On the above date the victim reported that someone had used his social security number to purchase a cellular phone. The victim stated that he recieved a bill for $1,700 from Altell who he has not ever had service with.

Arrested: Adrian Chavez (27 YOA), Maez Rd. Santa Fe, NM 87507
Chavez went to his place of employment (Allsups Convenience Store/State road 14) to use the phone. Chavez was highly intoxicated and became upset when security would not allow him to use the phone in the office because he was off duty. He pushed the officer and attempted to strike him. At this point he was detained and the arresting officer observed chavez bite the security officer on the left wrist.

Arrested: John Romero (26 YOA), Route 1 Box 321 H, Las Vegas, NM 87701
Romero was traveling northbound on Cerrillos Road and failed to maintain lane by crossing the center line on three separate occasions. Upon contact he displayed signs of impairment and was found in possesion of an open container. Romero failed the standardized field sobriety tests and was taken into custody. Romero was read the NM Implied Consent Act and refused to take a breath test.

Arrested: Charles Goodner (48 YOA) 1299 Zepol Road, Santa Fe, NM 87507
On 02/27/08 at 9:22 PM Goodner after being booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center by the Santa Fe Police Department became very uncooperative with corrections officers. While trying to remove Goodner's clothing, he intentially punched an on duty Lieutenant in the chest with a closed fist.

On Thursday February 28, 2008 at 3:00 AM the above suspect was take ninto custody after the clerk at the Allsups reported that he believed Fuentes to be intoxicated. Upon contact, an open beer bottle was found in the driver's door pocket and Fuentes was emiting the odor of an alcoholic beverage from his person. He failed the battery of standardized field sobriety tests. He was subsequently arrested for DWI. He submited to a breath test with results of .16/.16 respectively.

Victim reported that on Feb. 22, 2008 it was observed that a model home was broken into and the Range, micowave oven and dishwasher were stolen. Victim advised that on today's date (Feb. 26, 2008) it was observed that a second model home had been broken into and the same appliances were taken from inside. Victim estimated the value of the 6 appliances at $5,172. No suspect or witness information at this time.
