Victim reported that she was contacted by a collection agency and advised of an outstanding debt. The account for this debt was under another name although was under the victims social security number. Further information on the account is pending and the investigation into this matter is ongoing.

Victim reported that sometime between Feb. 24,2008 and Feb. 25, 2008 unknown person(s) entered her vehicle by breaking the front passanger door window and stole a radar detector, power inverter and cell phone. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Suspect: 19 year old male

On 2/26/08 at about 0123 hours, Deputies were dispatched to the treatment center at the Santa Fe Youth Development Center due to one of the residents striking a detention officer with a bottle. Suspect was also intoxicated and had admitted to drinking a fifth of Schnapps. Suspect is court ordered to the program. He was taken to the Correctional side of the facility. Charges are pending due to suspect being on Federal probation.

Property owner reported that someone used spray paint to damage several walls at the above location by spraying "Sur 13". The damage was estimated at over $1000.

Charges: Aggravated Assault on a household member, Battery on a household member, Possession of drug paraphernalia
Suspect was involved in a domestic with his wife. Suspect threatened her while armed with a knife. He also hit her several times. Victim dislocated her shoulder during the fight. Contact was made with the suspect at which time it was found that he was in possession of items to propagate psilocybin.

Victim reported someone broke a bedroom window to a vacant residence she owns. Incident occurred between 2/16/08 and 2/23/08. There were indications the suspect(s) entered the residence and rummaged through items but did not steal anything. The suspects are unkown at this time and no witnesses have come forward.

Manager of the above business reports that sometime between 1700 hours on 2-22-08 and 0800 hours on 2-23-08, unknown suspect(s) entered the property and forced entry into approx. 50 campers/trailers. Preliminary findings show approx. 40 flat panel televisions and numerous DVD players were stolen. Investigation showed that the suspect(s) parked on I-25 near the Cerrillos exit and walked unto the property. No suspects or witnesses are known at that time.
