Victim: 51 year old male
Above victim was found deceased at his place of business by one of his employees. The victim had been diganosed with pneumonia a couple days before and preliminary findings by medics and omi showed it was a factor in his death. There were no signs of foul play at that time.

Victim reports a road rage incident, in which a male in another vehicle pointed an apparent handgun at him. Suspect was driving a gold in color, Cutlass with small tires. Suspect was unknown at the time of report.

Arrested: Joshua Monroy - age 29, Madrid, NM
On February 23, 2008, deputies responded to victim's residence, who reported her nephew was violating an active order of protection by letting his dogs run wild on her property. After investigation, deputies deteremined there was a violationof the order and placed the suspect under arrest. The suspect was booked into the Adult Detention Center accordingly.

On 2/24/08 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to an aggravated battery. During an investigation, witness had 2 active warrants for her arrest for failure to appear in Municipal Court in Santa Fe and Magistrate Court in Rio Arriba County. Suspect was then placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Marcos Romero was arrested for DWI after being involved in a roll-over crash on US 84/285 milepost 168. Romero showed signs of impairment and his BAC is pending blood test results.

The above suspect backed into another vehicle. During the crash investigation it was determined that he was under the influence of alcohol and was impaired. He was arrested for DWI.
