Items Stolen: Assorted tools.
Victim reported that sometime between 7/17/08 and 7/18/08 some unknown person burglarized his box trailer that was parked at his construction site. The lock was cut off the back door and an unknown amount of tools were stolen. This incident is currently under investigation.

A traffic stop was made with the above subject after a traffic infraction was observed. Subjects drivers license was revoked with an arrest clause. Subject was taken into custody and booked at the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Location: Paseo Rael & SR 599, Santa Fe, NM
On 7/21/08, deputies were dispatched to an aggravated assault which occurred at the intersection of Paseo Rael and SR 599. Victim reported that 2 vehicles were following her and that they had tried to stop her. She stated that one of the vehicles had got in front of her and the other one was behind her. She stated that she then was at the stop light at the above intersection and that 2 males got out of their vehicles with guns and approached her vehicle. She stated that she then ran the red light to get away. Victim stated that she did not know why they approached her. No information on the license plates were obtained.

Arrested: Bravlio Jaquez-Bojerquez DOB: 03-27-71
Driver was seen by deputy leaving the baseball fields off of Caja Del Rio. The driver was observed driving 15 to 20mph on a posted 45mph zone. Upon conducting a traffic stop, the driver appeared to be under the influence ie. blood shot watery eyes. Driver failed field sobrity tests and was placed under arrest. The driver had a .11 and .10 BrAC. He was transported and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding a report of a domestic disturbance and a larceny. Upon his arrival, he spoke with the complainant who advised that he and his girlfriend were having an arguement when he left the residence to seek help from the neighborhood security officer. Upon his return home, he discovered that his girlfriend had taken his lap top computer and his cordless telephone. Officers attempted to locate his girlfriend to no avail.

On this date Deputy Hayes was at the Detention Center serving a warrant, when she was notifed by the staff there that they need two warrants served to the above listed suspect which was in custody there. Deputy Hayes served both warrants to him without incident.

On this date Deputy Hayes was investigating reports of a breaking an entering, where four suspects were located inside of a camper. Suspect was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest for failure to pay fines out of Santa Fe Municipal Court. He was taken into custody without incident and taken to the Detention Center.

On this date officer observed a red 2008 Ford F-150 south bound Highway 599, speeding. Investigation showed where all three persons in the vehicle were in possession of open containers. while suspect was getting his citation for open container, it was discovered that he had two warrants for his arrest out of Luna County for failuer to appear and pay fines for open container citations

LOCATION: HIGHWAY #599 / CAMINO LA TIERRA AREA

ARRESTED: GUILLERMO CRUZ-MUNOZ, 46 YOA MALE
CHARGES: AGGRAVATED DWI, OPEN CONTAINER DRIVER TOO BE LICENSED
On this date officer was investigating a report of a reckless driver, when vehicle was located on the shoulder of roadway. Driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested. A breath test was completed and the results were .28 / .30 BrAC. Suspect was taken to ADC on above listed charges.
