On the above date the victim reported that someone had entered the Acoma Complex at the above location by breaking a kitchen window. Nothing was taken from the complex.

On the above date the victim reported that his ex-girlfriend had forged his name on some checks and drained his bank account without his permission.


Case# 0208003623 False Imprisonment/Battery on a Household Member

Location of incident: La Bajada Rest area

Victim: 45 year old male

Suspect: 48 year old male

Suspect got disoriented while driving in the back roads off Waldo  Area, suspect would not let victim leave and kept her for ficve hours, this escalated to suspect choking victim, victim was able to get away at the La Bajada rest stop. Suspect left her and fled the scene and was not located.

Victim: 44 year old Male

Victim and girlfriend involved in verbal argument which escalated when victim attempted to leave and suspect blocked him with her vehicle and then struck his vehicle twice and then suspect flesd the scene.

Victim reports that she heard voices behind her home and upon investigating where the voices were coming from discovered that bushes along the perimeter of her property had been set ablaze.  The fire spread quickly across her yard nearly to her rear porch.  Victim extinguished the fire prior to officer arrival.  Case is under investigation.

Victim reports that her 1995 Nissan car was entered without apparent force while parked in the parking lot and a purse containing personal items was taken.  Case is under investigation.

Location: Camino Anastacio- Eldorado

On 04-30-08 an alarm check was recieved at the above residence. As Deputy was checking the residence she found an open door with fresh pry marks to the door jam. The homeowner advised that it did not appear anything was taken.

On 04-30-08 the victim reported that she had four boxes shipped to her residence. Victim stated that the boxes never arrived, but was advised by Fed Ex that the boxes had been delivered. The case is currently under investigation.

On 05-01-08 sometime between 8:30am and 8:30pm, unkown person(s) pryed open a south facing door to the residence. Once inside the residence the above items were taken.

Location:  Avenida de Monte Alto, Santa Fe, NM (Eldorado)

On 4/30/08 victim stopped at Avenida de Monte Alto to walk her dog.  Victim parked her vehicle left the vehicle door unlocked and was gone for approximately 20 minutes.  Upon her arrival she discovered her purse containing  $60.00, a NM driver's license, a Bank of America card, an Ipod, and a cell phone taken from inside the vehicle.  Victim searched the area and vehicle and could not locate the purse. Suspects are unknown at this time.
