On 7/6/08, Deputies were dispatched to a fight in progress involving guns and knives at the above location. Deputies arrived on scene and it was determined that the mother,(suspect #1) and her daughter (suspect #3) were involved in a physical altercation in which suspect #4 then got involved. Both suspect #1 and #3 battered eachother. Suspect #4 stated that suspect #1 had chased him with a screwdriver and struck him on the side of his neck. Suspect #3 stated that her mother had gone inside the residence and took out a rifle in which she then knocked it out of her hands and her boyfriend (suspect#2) grabbed it and gave it to his mother. All parties were intoxicated and had been drinking alcoholic beverages. Suspect #4 stated that suspect #1&2 had given him the alcohol. All parties were arrested and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center and the Youth Development Center.

On this date deputyies were sent to above location to a report of a 2 yoa male and 3 yoa female children were left at the house by them selfs and they were located walking around outside of the residence. The mother of the children called this information in. Investigation showed where the father Lance Natseway had left the children to go with his freind. Lance was located later on near Cerrillos Road and Clark Road area and was taken into custody on the above listed charges.

Deputy was sent to above listed location to investigat a report of a domestic. Deputys investigation found the above listed suspect was intoxicated and had been requested to leave the property and refused. Suspect was arrested a for criminal trespass and transported to the Adult Detention Center.

Deputies investigated a reported Criminal Sexual Penetration that occurred at above listed address. The 27 yoa femal reported being sexual assulted by the above listed individual. The case is under investigation. The suspect was located and fled on foot from Officers. The suspect was arrested and concealed his ID and was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deputies responded to a call of a reckless driver in the Valle Vista Sub-division. Vehicle was located in the area and a short slow speed pursuit occurred. Upon vehicle comming to a stop driver (listed above) was taken into custody. Driver was highly intoxicated and had two small children in the vehicle.

On the above date the victim reported that someone had unlawfully gained entry to his residence through a window. Once inside the suspect rumagged through all the drawers and stole several items of value.

Suspect: Elias Nevarez, age 38, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: DWI, Drivers must be licensed, No Insurance, Open Container, Driving on Roadways laned for traffic
On 7/6/08, suspect was observed travelling east on the sidewalk off of Rufina Road and Camino Vista Aurora. A traffic stop was conducted with the vehicle during which time it was noted that the suspect had an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his person. SFST's were administered and signs of impairment were displayed. Suspect did not have a driver's license nor insurance for the vehicle. Suspect was arrested and agreed to submit to a breath test in which his BrAC was .09, .09. Two bottles of beer which were located were inside the vehicle. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 7/5/08 RECC received a call from complaintant who stated that a distraught female was knocking on his door and stated that she had been raped. The female did not want to contact police and left the area walking. Deputy made contact with the female walking in which he noticed that her shirt and pants were torn. The female who was crying stated that she did not want to file a report and only wanted a ride home. She was not complying with the deputies. She was checked my Santa Fe County Medical Personnel. Victim refused to give any further information.

On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location with regard to an unresponsive male hispanic. Upon arrival officer along with medical personnel began lifesaving efforts. This continued for sometime to no avail. The office of the medical investigator responded and there were no signs of foul play. The cause of death is pending examination from the state OMI.
