On the above date the parent of the above child called our agency to report that her daughter had ran away from home. The daughter left a note stating that she needed time alone.

Charged:  Aggravated DWI, Failure to yield, Driving while license revoked, Open Containers

On 7/5/08 a traffic stop was conducted as it was observed traveling southbound on Calle PoAePi and failed to yield to the posted stop sign before crossing over Airport Road and entering 4680 Airport Road.  Upon making contact with driver, he displayed signs of impairment and submitted to SFST's in which further signs of impairment were displayed.  Suspect was taken into custody and submitted to a breath test to determine his BrAC which were .19, .18.  Suspect was also found to have his license revoked.  An open can of Tecate beer was located in the center console.  Suspect was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Suspect:  Charles A. Montoya, age 38, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Bench warrant out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court for failure to pay fines, failure to complete community service and alcohol treatment and a second warrant out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court for driving on a suspended/revoked driver's license and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.

On 7/4/08 deputies were dispatched to the above stated area in reference to a call of a man with a gun.  Deputies arrived on scene and located the suspect at a different residence and it was determined that the suspect was only intoxicated and did not threaten anyone.  Suspect had 2 different Magistrate Court warrants.  One was for failure to pay fines and complete community service and alcohol treatment.  The second was for driving on suspended/revoked driver's license and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.  Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Charged: Possesion of controlled substance to wit: methamphetamine, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, Concealing Identity.

The above suspect was served a District Court Warrant for the above charges, while being held at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention.

Suspects: # 1 Gerald Webb, Age 38, SF, NM #2 Kenneth Brooks, Age 40, SF, NM

The two suspects were arrested for being involved in a physical altercation with eachother at Cathedral Park, which was observed by the deputy.  Both suspects were transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center and booked.

Charges; Aggravated DWI, Suspended Drivers License, Open Container

On 7/2/08 2136hrs, RECC received a call of a possible reckless/drunk driver traveling south on NM 599. Driver was in a 1990 Chevy Truck bearing NM plate 563-PJS, and was located and stopped. Driver was found to be impaired, and was arrested and charged accordingly. Breath test was .18/.18

Suspect: #1 Sonya Lovato Age: 20 #2 Juvenile

The victim reported that he met with the above individuals at the above location. One of the suspects was requesting to borrow money. As the victim handed her the money she tried to take the victim's wallet and credit card. The victim began to leave the area with both suspects inside the vehicle. One of the suspects jumped out of the car and the car continued west on Airport Rd. While the other suspect recieved an injury to her leg as she was attempting to exit the vehicle and was taken to St. Vincent's Hospital for medical attention. This case is currently under investigation.

A traffic stop was conducted at the above location and determined the occupant of the vehicle had an outstanding arrest warrant.  Suspect was arrested and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention and booked.  The warrant was issued by Magistrate Court, for failure to appear at the date and time of court.
