June 30, 2008, between the hours of 10:00pm and July 1, 2008 at 08:30 am an unknown person entered a 1998 Ford Pick-up and a 2004 Dodge car. The vehicles were parked at the above address. No items were removed from within the pick-up, but damage was done to the dash board, when the suspect tried to remove the stereo. A checkbook was removed from the Dodge vehicle. No suspects have been identified, case is still under investigation.

The above male was found deceased by his wife in the bath tub at his residence. The male was suffering from a lenthy history of illness. The Deputy medical investigator arrived at the residence and determined the male passed away of natural causes. No Foul play was located during the investigation.

On 07-01-08 the victim reported that her bgoyfriend had been hitting her in the head with his elbow. The victim recieved minor injuries from the altercation. While the subject was being taken into custody, he punched a Deputy in the face causing a minor injury. The subject was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accrodingly.

The above trailer was reported stolen between June 29, 2008 at 7:00pm and June 30, 2008 9:30am. The victim said the trailer was parked at his residence of 11 Florence Road in the front yard. Deputies did locate two sets of shoe impressions, where the trailer was parked. No suspects have been identified, case still under investigation.

On 6/30/08, victim wanted to file a report on his vehicle being stolen by his girlfriend's daughter. Victim stated that the daughter took the vehicle without his permission. Victim spoke to suspect on the phone and told her to return vehicle in which she did not. Deputy proceeded back over to residence and located vehicle parked in the driveway. Contact was made with victim who stated that the incident was a misunderstanding. Contact was made with above suspect who had an outstanding warrant for her arrest out of Santa Fe Municipal Court for failure to comply with conditions of probation. Suspect was arrested, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. Vehicle was entered and removed out of NCIC.

Suspect was gvien SFST's and was placed under arrest for showing signs of impairment. Suspect was read NM Implied Consent Act and agreed to submit to a breath test. His BrAC results were .05, .05. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
