On 1-17-2008, at 2:22 PM, the Suspect was operating his vehicle south at Location #1. Victim 1 and 2 were in the Victim Vehicle, directly behind the Suspect's Vehicle. The suspect exited his vehicle, armed himself with a long handled shovel and struck the windshield of the Victim Vehicle breaking it. The supect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater. Just prior to this incident, at Location #2, the supect exited his vehicle, armed himself with the shovel and approached the Victim Vehicle brandishing the shovel. Victim 1 and 2 both feared they were about to be harmed by the suspect.

Victim's residence is under construction and unknown suspect(s) entered the residence and stole multiple power tools. No forced entry was evident. A neighbor reported seeing an unknown vehicle at the victim's residence at about 4:45am this date. The property's estimated value is $5000.00.

Two victims reported they were marking utility lines with a spray stick in the right lane of Airport Road. A vehicle traveling on the same lane was approaching the two victim's and the driver ignored their motioning him into the left lane. The vehicle continued straight at them and turned at the last moment, striking the spray stick one of the victim's was holding. The vehicle fled the area and had not been located after a search for the vehicle was made by responding deputies.

Suspect: Patricia Ledesma, age 28, Hendersonville, NC
Charged: Aggravated DWI, Careless Driving
On 1/16/08, Deputies were dispatched to a motor vehicle crash at the above location. The suspect had crossed the no passing zone and crossed over the southbound lane and ended in a small embankment which had rolled onto its left side. The driver showed signs of impairment and was given the standardized field sobriety tests. She then became uncooperative during the tests and was then placed under arrest for DWI. She was read the NM Implied Consent Act in which she submitted to a breath test in which the results came back as .24, .25. She was the transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Driver was stopped speeding. It was determined that he had an active Magisrate Court Warrant. Driver was arrested.

On January 16, 2008, a place of business at the above location received several bomb threats over the phone. The business was evacuated and Deputies conducted a sweep of the business. No explosive devises were located. The employees were allowed to re-occupy the building. No suspects are known at this time.
