Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance at the above location. Suspect had slapped the victim and held her against her will. Suspect then attempted to conceal his true identity to investigating deputy.

Victim reported that suspect "pinned" him up against a fence using his vehicle suspect then fled the area and shortly after he had rolled his vehicle. Suspect was found to be impaired and he was subsequently taken into custody.

Deputies and fire personnel responded to a structure fire at above location. A residence and vehicle were both found to be actively burning upon arrival. The fires were extinguished and the cause of the fire is beleived to be arson. The case is open and under investgiation. The State Fire Marshall's Office was on-scene working to determine the exact cause of the fires.

The victim reported that she was being treated for a fall injury at the medical facility at the ski basin when she and her boyfriend's snow boards were stolen from outside the medical clinic. The value of the stolen items was approximately $860.00.
