On 04-03-08 at about 3:17pm a burglary in progress was reported in the area of Calle Casabella. The unidentified suspect stole two LCD televisions and a laptop computer. Witnesses gave the above description of the suspect and vehicle.

On 4/3/08 at 0515 hours, deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a business alarm. Upon arrival deputies made contact with caretaker and began to check the area. Deputies located the main door to the business wide open in which it was kicked in. Suspects gained entry into the business where they went through the desk drawers. It is unknown if anything was taken at this time. Damage to the doors is estimated at $2000.00.

On 4/2/08, the suspect was stopped in the area due to a man with a gun call. Suspect had 11 buds of marijuana, an electronic scale, a glass pipe in his possession. Suspect had a suspended license, no insurance, and ficticious plates. Suspect was also accompanied by (2) 17 year old juveniles. Suspect was then arrested, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 4/2/08 at about 0030 hours, victim was woken by alarm going off. Victim went to check and noticed front door open. Victim stated he had locked the door and set the alarm when he went to bed. He stated his house was broken into on Friday.

On 4/1/08 a traffic stop was conducted as it was observed travelling eastbound on Airport Road with one headlamp in operation. Upon making contact with driver it was found that he had a suspended driver's license and also 2 active bench warrants. Driver could not provide proof of insurance and the registration was expired. During an inventory a plastic baggie was found in the vehicle which appeared to be cocaine. It was field tested and tested positive. Driver was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

The victim reported that between 03-29-08 and 04-01-08 unknown person(s) had shot out the 3 windows to her residence with a BB gun. The victim also noticed that her daughters' dresser was pulled close to the window and her daughters clothes were outside the residence.
