On 3/31/08, 11:14pm, Deputies responded to a domestic dispute, in which the suspect had battered her husband, over an argument about a credit card charge at a bar/club in San Antonio, TX. Suspect was drunk and uncooperative. Suspect arrested, booked , charged accordingly.

On 3/31/08, 10:26pm, suspect was DRIVING A 1985 Pontiac Grand Prix, NM 438-NMA, and was observed crossing the center divider and not maintaining his lane. Suspect displayed signs of impairment, and upon completion of field sobriety tests, was arrested, and charged accordingly. Suspect had 3 prior DWI's, and had a breath alcohol content of .13/.13
