Sunday, May 25, 2008, Deputy Markely was dispatched to interstate 25, mile marker 299, to look for a possible drunk driver, who was driving on a flat tire. At mile marker 295, Deputy Markley noticed a White Ford Explorer on the shoulder of the highway with a blown tire. The above suspect was contacted and displayed signs of impairment and admitting to drinking two beers. The suspect also had an open container of "grolsch" beer. SFST's were conducted several signs of impairment were noticed and the suspect was arrestted. A breath test was conducted and the suspect had a Brac of .13,.14. A check with the motor vehicle division was done and he did not have a driver's license, proper registration and insurance for the vehicle. The suspect was transported to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center.

On 05-24-08 at approximately 6:15 am the above listed was the driver of a motor vehicle crash at the above listed location. Suspects driver licence was found to be revoked by the NM Dept. of Motor Vehicle Division. Suspect was arrested at the scene and booked at the Santa Fe County Detention Center on the charge of driving while license is suspended or revoked.

On 5/26/08 deputies were dispatched to the above address in reference to a loud party. Upon arrival deputies made contact with the suspect who stated that he owned the house and was responsible for the party. Suspect stated that he had a few friends over and that he had 2 beers. He stated that there were several guests under the age of 18. A male who was under 18 years of age told us that he was the owner of the residence and he was highly intoxicated. Several open containers of beer were located inside and outside of the residence. Suspect was then placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 5/25/08, suspect while travelling on SR 14 mm 45 failed to maintain his lane 3 times. Suspect displayed signs of impairment . Suspect was found in possession of an open can of Bud-light beer. Suspect showed signs of impairment during SFST's. Suspect was arrested and asked to submit to a breath test. He stated "no". Suspect did not have a driver's license. License plate was registered to a 1988 Mazda. Suspect could not provide insurance.

On 5/24/08 unknown suspects entered victim's vehicle while vehicle was parked at the above location. Suspects gained entry to the vehicle by knocking into the door the door key lock. Once key lock was pushed into door suspect gained entry and removed a Dewalt saw kit, radar detector, 2 Carhart jackets and glasses. Estimated amonty taken is $1200.00. Unknown on estimated value of damage.

On 5/24//08, suspect was travelling eastbound on Airport Road. Deputy Coles stopped a vehicle on Airport Road and that vehicle had stopped in the center turning lane. Suspect struck Deputy Coles in the hand causing non-life threatening injuries. Suspect was stopped and found to be impaired. Suspect was arrested and read the NM Implied Consent Act in which she agreed to be tested. Her BrAC was .15. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. Deputy Coles was treated and released from St. Vincent Hospital.

On 5/24/08 at 1934 hours, Vigil Jr. while travelling northbound on SR14 at mm 44, failed to maintain his lane by crossing over the center divide line once. Suspect prior to the traffic stop was reported as a possible drunk driver. Suspect displayed signs of impairment. Suspect showed signs of impairment during SFST's. Suspect was arrested and submitted to a breath test; his BrAC was .08, .08. During the investigation, it was discovered that suspect's 10 year old grand-daughter was inside the vehicle during the traffic stop. He was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
