On 5/20/08, deputies responded to a fight in progress in the area of Ramada Court.  Victim stated that her husband who is the suspect found her and wanted to talk to her.  Victim stated that she went outside and spoke to him and he then got angry, pulled her hair, punched her and kicked her.  She stated that she had to go to court against her husband this week.  Suspect was located at above location and placed under arrest.  He was transported to St. Vincent Hospital due to injuries he sustained.  He was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Victim reported that on 05-19-08 she discovered some unauthorized on-line purchases of over $5.000 on her Community Bank credit card.  Victim was able to track a possible suspect in the state of Wisconson.

Victim reported that sometime between 12:00 am and 2:00 am on 5/18/08 entry was gained into her residence and two bottles of liquor and some prescription medication were taken.  Victim suspects an aquaintance of entering the residence through the dog door and taking the above items.

Tuesday, May 20, 2008, victim stated, while joyriding with two unknown male in Santa Fe County, the rear passenger male retrieved a tire iron from the rear of the vehicle.  Victim and the other male ran from the vehicle, leaving the unknown suspect near the vehicle.  During this time the unknown male took the victims backpack containing the above items.  A sweep of the open field was conducted, niether the suspect, nor the backpack were located.

Location:  State Road 344/ 1.5 miles east of State Road 14, Cedar Grove

Suspect:  Dylan Starr-Jenkinson, age 24, Cedar Crest, NM

Charged:  Aggravated DWI, Careless Driving

On 5/19/08 at 2037 hours, a motor vehicle crash involving a red 1989 Toyota pickup was located at the above location.  The driver of the vehicle was identified and was displaying several signs of impairment.  Suspect submitted to SFST's in which several signs of impairment were displayed.  Suspect was taken into custody and submitted to a breath test to determine Brac which were .19, .18.  Suspect was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.


Case#:  0208004246/ Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date:  05/19/08

Location:  100 block of Old Las Vegas Hwy, Santa Fe, NM

On May 19, 2008 at about 2301 hours, deputy was dispatched to the above location in reference to an outo burglary.  Upon arrival deputy spoke with victim who stated that her vehicle was broken into by breaking the driver's front window with an unknown object.  Victim stated that her green purse which contained her driver's license, credit cards and $40.00 cash was taken from within.  Suspects are unknown at this time.  Estimated value of window is about $200.00.

Sometime between 05-16-08 at 1:00pm and 05-19-08 at 8:00am, unknown person(s) used no apparent force to gain entry into a storage building under contruction. Once inside the building the above item was stolen.

On 05-19-08 the victim reported an aggravated burglary at his residence. The victim has been out of town for about two months. Entry was made through an open window  in the basement. Once inside the above items were stolen.

On 05-19-08 the above person was placed under arrest after being in a Domestic Dispute with his wife. The above person had thrown items in the direction of his wife, causing her to believe she was going to be battered. Suspect was booked accordingly at the Adult Detention Center.


Case#:  0208004211/ Aggravated Battery with a deadly weapon/ Date:  05/18/08

Location:  North Sierra Place & Las Lomas Drive, Santa Fe, NM (Valle Vista Subdivision)

On 5/18/08 deputies were dispatched to the above stated area in reference to a fight in progress.  Deputies arrived on scene in which a 14 year old advised that she was struck in the face by 1 of 3 male subjects walking in the area.  While conducting the investigation, SFPD located the vehicle of several subjects who were involved in the fight at the above location.  The 6 subjects were involved in an earlier altercation which occurred inside the city limits.  Another call came in to dispatch in which a victim was at St. Vincent Hospital and advised that he was involved in the same altercation at the above location.  He stated that he was hit over the head and was stabbed.  He sustained a laceration to his head and a stab wound to his lower abdomen.  It was later learned that the 6 subjects were defending themselves due to the subject at the hospital pulling out a gun.
