Victim reported that sometime between 9:00pm 12/9/07 and 6:00am 12/10/07, unknown person(s) unlawfully gained entry to a 2000 Honda Accord, by breaking the door lock. Suspect(s) stole a Pioneer stereo, clothes, mechanic tools, and 30 music cd's, valued at $1,700.00.

A male victim statwed that he is homeless. He was given a ride into town from Albuquerque by a male, know to him as Tony "Tone". The male agrred to allow him to stay with him and a girlfriend . This plan changed, as the girlfriend would not allow this. Victim stated that the male used drugs in his presence and became aggittated for unknown reasons. Victi stated that male took out a gun. Victin ran from vehicle, but heard two shots. Victim was not injured. Suspect was not located.

A family member reported that missing person did not come home from work. The missing person was to meet the family member, however he did not show up. This dissapearence does not appear to be of a suspicious nature, however the family member is concerned for this person's welfare.

Victim reported that on 12-10-07 between 7:30 am and 7:45 pm an unknown suspect or suspects gained forced entry into his residence through a side door. Stolen from inside the residence was a wine refrigerator, bottles of wine, oriental rug, duffel bags, suitcase, power tools, cameras, kitchen knives and a wine opening set. The total estimated value of the stolen items is $1,895.00 and the estimated damage to the doors is $1,000.00. No suspects or witnesses have developed at this time.

The victim returned home to find that Suspect(s) had forced entry into his storage shed. While inside the suspect(s) took two Homelite chainsaws, 3 Laptop computers, a Hilti drill, and a canon Digital Camera. Case is under investigation.

Victim reported that he left his vehicle along a trailhead, off County Road 62. The vehicle was stuck in the mud. He returned to the vehicle to find that unknown persons did heavy damage to his vehicle. There was also several items taken from the vehicle.

On 12-09-07 a female victim reported that on the early morning hours of 12-08-07 she attended a party at a residence located at the above location. Victim advised that while at this party she was sexually assaulted by a male aquaintance who resides at the residence. Further investigation into this case is pending and no suspect has been arrested.

On 12-07-07 a traffic stop was conducted with the above subject at the above location after being involved in a reported domestic disturbance. A routine drivers license check showed that his NM drivers license was revoked with an arrest clause. Subject was placed into custody and booked at the Santa Fe County Detention Center on the charge of driving on a revoked license.
