On the above date, the above named defedant was arrested without incident. Mr. Portillo had an outstanding arrest warrant out of the State of Texas for possession of a controlled substance. He was arrested and charged as a fugitive from Justice and is awaiting exradition to Texas.

Sometime between noon on 12/01/07 and 2115 hours on 12/02/07 someone broke through the front door of the above residence and stole misc. clothing, a blanket, a mountain bike, an ankle bracelet, and a Dish TV box. Victim suspects her ex-boyfriend due to the items taken being his. Estimated amount of items taken is pending. Estimated damage amount is pending.

Suspect: Jeff Crespin, age 38, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: DWI (Felony)
Crime check called in a vehicle parked at SFC Road 117N with the driver slumped behind the steering wheel. Upon contact, driver was emitting a strong odor of intoxicant coming from his breath and person. Driver was administered the SFST's and was placed under arrest for showing signs of impairment. Driver was advised of the New Mexico Implied Consent Act and agreed to take a breath test where subject would not blow into the RBT IV. A check with New Mexico motor vehicles revealed the driver had 4 prior DWI convictions. Driver was then transported to St. Vincent Hospital for a blood draw which he refused, and a search warrant was obtained and a blood draw was conducted. Driver was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 12/2/07 at about 1413 hours, above suspect was filing a report of larceny with the above Deputy and was found to have a warrant out of Immigrations and Customs Enforcement. The suspect was place under arrest and custody turned over to I.C.E.

Driver was found behind the wheel in physical control of the vehicle and stuck on the edge of SFC 89E. Suspect admitted to drinking alcoholic beverages and was administered field sobriety tests. Suspect showed signs of impairment. Suspect was arrested and booked into the adult detention center.

Victo Lopez was arrested for Aggravated DWI, Reckless Driving an Open Container after causing a crash by turning in front of two other vehicles on NM 599 near County Road 70. Lopez who stopped at the scene was found to be impaired with a BAC of .16 or greater. His vehicle was not struck during the crash.

Suspect: Gary Puro Age: 59 Santa Fe
Gary Puro was arrested for Aggravated DWI after being found on the shoulder of US 84/285 milepost 167 in a disabled vehicle from a motor vehicle crash. The crash occured at Paseo de Peralta and Guadalupe which the City Police handled. He showed signs of impairment and a breath test revealed his blood alcohol at .16 or greater.

The victim reported that someone had forced entry into the residence via a window. Once inside the suspects removed electronic items and fled from the residence. Two juvenile males were identified fleeing the scene and were later interviewed by law enforcement. The juveniles denied commiting the burglary but mysteriously the stolen items were found to have been placed near the victim's residence several hours after the incident.
