On the above date the victim reported that someone unlawfully entered his vacant residence and vandalized the interior by spray painting the walls and burning the carpet with what appears to be gang grafitti. There are no suspects at this time.

Suspect/Charges:Mark Rivera age 47-Battery against a household member

On 3/26/08 Deputies responded to the area of Senda Corvo, in reference to a domestic disturbance. The victim and her boy friend were at a relatives residence drinking and playing darts, when a verbal argument ensued. Suspect grabbedvictim ang pushed her up against a wall. Suspect was arrested and charged accordingly.

Victim reported that sometime between 3-3-08 and 3-16-08 an unknown person(s) unlawfully entered into his residence through an unsecured window and stole several power tools valued at $1,800.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Victim reported that between 10:00 am and 12:30 pm on 03-24-08 an unknown person(s) gained forced entry into her residence and stole 2 couches , nintendo and misc. clothing.  Total value of the items taken is estimated at $2,200.  No Suspects or witnesses at this time.

Victim reported that on 3-14-08 an unknown person broke into his vehicle while parked at the above location and removed an I-Pod, Radar Detector, CD's and currency. Total estimated value of the items stolen is $2,100.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.

The above named defendant was arrested following a traffic stop that resulted in the discovery of 3 ounces of Marijuana and $135.00 in cash hidden inside the trunk of his vehicle. The suspect admitted that he was selling in order to pay his rent.
