Driver was stopped for expired license plate. It was determined that the driver's license was suspended/revoked with the arrest clase. A tow inventory of the vehicle found an open container of alcohol in the vehicle.

Victim stated that someone cashed four business checks without his authorization. The checks were made out to four seperate individuals.

Arrested: Miguel Antillon-Loya, (35) 6151 Airport Rd. #227 Santa Fe, NM 87507

 

 

Above subject was observed driving at a high rate of speed at the above location.  A traffic stop was initiated and contact was made with the driver.  Driver identified as Miguel Antillon-Loya had a suspended/revoked drivers license.  Driver was arrested and transported to the Santa Fe County Detention Center and charged with Driving on a revoked license and speeding 65 in a 50 mph zone.

Above subject was observed operating a motor vehicle at the above location where he was a suspect in an incident involving an ex-family member.  Subject had signs of impairment and was placed into custody.  Subject refused to submit to a chemical test and was charged for Aggravted DWI.

    Victim reported that he was renting his mobile home for the past 41/2 years. The victim stated that the renter had not paid his rent and that when he wentbto collect the mobile home was vacant. the the suspect gug up the septic tank damageing it.

Victim: 26 year old female

Suspect: 30 year old male

On November 5, 2007, above victim reported she was raped on November 4, 2007 at her friends house at the above location.  She reported being asleep and woke up feeling incoherent.  Her daughter told her she saw the suspect "humping" mommy.  The victim's friend confronted the suspect and the suspect said it was consensual sex.  The victim was transported to St. Vincent's Hospital for examination. The suspect was not located for interview at the time of report.

Location: Atalaya Mountain

A hiker of the Atalaya Trail discovered what appeared to be human remains on the mountain. The hiker reported the discovery to this agency and an investigation was started. It was confirmed that human remains were found and the case is under investigation. The identity of the victim is not known at this time.

    Victim reported that sometime between 0300 on 11/3/07 & 11/5/07 Inknown suspects entered the office area and removed Several power tools and $250.00 in US Currency./ Entrt was gained by shattering a window.
