The above suspect was arrested after being questioned, while waiting at the entrance to Eberline Company on Airport Road.  A records check revealed the suspect had a warrant out of Municipal Court for Failure to Appear in court.  The suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. 


0208004110 Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle 05-15-08

Location: 2126 State Rd 333, Edgewood, NM

On the above date officer responded to the above location regarding the above offense.  Upon speaking with the complainant/victim, he advised that he had parked his 1984 blue in color Chevrolet truck in front of the property to sell.  The vehicle was parked at that location for approximately one week and was last seen on the previous day.  The vehcle was entered into NCIC.


0208004111 Auto Burglary 02-16-08

Onthe above date at approximately 3:05am, a neighbor to the above location observed a male individual wearing a yellow sweater exiting the victim's vehicle.  The unknown then fled on foot east towards Agua Fria.  Upon the victim looking into his vehicle, he reproted taht a case containing approximately (50) CD's was taken.  Deputies searched the area, which lead with negative results in locating the suspect.

The victim reported that she rented an apartment to two men over that past 4 months. The victim reported that she discovered today that the men had moved out without notice and she discovered damage done to the closets and interior of the residence valued at approximately $1000.00.

Location: Arroyo Seco Circle / Arroyo Seco Area

Arrested: Floyd Zamora, 46 yoa, Espanola, NM

Charges: Felony DWI, Driving on Suspended/Revoked Driver's License

Deputies responded to the above location to investigate a reported domestic dispute. While on-scene, the above named defendant arrived driving a motor vehicle. Upon contacting the defendant, he was found to be under the influence of intoxicating liquor and/or drugs. Field sobriety tests were performed and he was arrested. A driver's license inquiry reveald that the defendant had at least three prior DWI's and he NM driver's license had been suspended/revoked. The defendant was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Suspect/Arrested: Pending

 

Victim reported that on 5-14-08 at approx. 5:00 am her exhusband forced entry into her residence and struck her on the head and bit her hands.  As deputies began to arrive the suspect fled in a vehicle and a pursit ensued west on Airport Road to the area of County Road 56C where the pursuit was terminated due to weather and road condition. 


0208004083 Burglary Auto 05-15-08

Location: #2 Lucero Lane, Eldorado/SFNM

On the above date , the above deputy responded to the above location regarding a burglary to auto mobile.  Upon his arrival he met with the victim, who advised that unknown person(s) broke into his 2006 Toyota without force.  Stolen was a black suitcase containing personal papers and approximately (15) compact disks with various musical artists.  The briefcase and it's contence were recovered approximately one half mile south of the residence thrown on the side of the roadway.  A vehicle was seen in the area being discribed as being silver in color compact two door with extensive damage.

Deputies responded to a reported domestic dispute involving relatives at above location. Deputies found the above named individual was intoxicated and on probation. The above named subject was arrested by order of the New Mexico Adult Probation & Parole Office. He was booked accordingly into the County Jail.

Arrested: Dionicio Santos Medina, 47 yoa, male

Charge: Battery Against a Household Member

Deputies responded to a reported medical call in which a female was down inside the residence and a family member had dialed 911 for assistance. An investigation revealed that the female victim had been battered by her husband following a verbal altercation. The female victim was knocked down by her husband. The victim was treated on-scene by medical personnel. The above named suspect was arrested and booked accordingly into the county jail.

Deputies responded to the report of an intoxicated male at the above location. Upon arrival, the above male was located and found to be intoxicated. A warrants check revealed that the subject was wanted out of Sandoval County Magistrate Court for Failure to Appear in Court.
