The victim reported that he had received several letters from a collection agency attempting to collect on checks issued that did not clear the bank. The victim contacted the bank and learned that someone had forged his name and information to write checks. The victim reported that he lost his wallet in Albuquerque, NM on June 20, 2007.

The victim reported that she had entered into a business arrangement with a male individual from Las Vegas, Nevada. The business venture fell through and she learned that the male party had forged her signature on a contract in an attempt to get the victim's credit card company to refund him money.

The victim reported that a vehicle pulled into his driveway so he confronted the driver. The driver punched the victim and accelerated in reverse off the property, striking the victim's legs. The victim sustained minor injuries and the suspect vehicle fled the scene.

While attending church services, two vehicles were burglarized at said location. The suspect(s) shattered vehicle windows and stole said items, which contained numerous credit cards and other personal items.

Arrested: Jeremy Wiggins, 25 yoa, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: 4 Counts of Battery Against a Household Member, 1 count of Aggravated Battery Against a Household Member
Deputies responded to a violent domestic dispute and discovered that the victim had been battered, strangled, slapped and dragged across the kitchen floor of her residence by her boyfriend. The suspect then obtained a steak knife and cut his own wrist and fled on foot upon officer's arrival into a wooded area near the victim's residence. The suspect was captured and was treated for a self inflicted knife wound to his arm. He was later booked on above listed charges. The victim was treated at the scene by medical personnel and was released. No life threatening injuries were sustained by the victim.

On the above date the victim was found trapped in a man hole at the above location. This occured while he was doing some plumbing work for the property owner. It appears that this was accidental and there were no signs of foul play. The victim was pulled out of the manhole and transported to St. Vincents Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
