Above victim reports he was at a bus stop when three male individuals emerged from behind a fence and threw him to the ground. One of the males held a handgun to his head and the other two kicked him and searched his pockets. The suspects stole $15.00 from the victim's pocket and fled. The suspects are unknown at this time and no witnesses have come forward.

Sometime between 10/15/07 and 10/18/07 unknown person(s) broke the back door and gained entry into the garage and stole an air compressor, a chop saw, a hand grinder, and a biscuit machine. Victim stated that that entry was not gained into the residence.

On above stated date between 0645 and 0729 hours someone broke the window to a bedroom in the back of the house and entered the residence. Unknown person(s) rummaged through the residence and stole a DVD player. Victim stated that she heard what sounded like juveniles laughing while she was asleep.

Depfendant was northbound on I-25, south of mm 275, going 73 mph in a posted 65 mph construction speed zone. During traffic stop it was learned that the defendant had a warrant for his arrest out of Bernalillo County. Defendant was arrested and search incident to arrest where he was found in his possession of drug parapharnalia, and possession of marijuana under 1 oz. Defendant was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Victim contacted law enforcement reporting that his 1987 Isuzu Pup pickup was taken from his front yard during the night time hours of 10/18/07. Victim stated that he located the vehicle 2 blocks from his home on Calle Kryshana in an open field. Estimated value of vehicle was $1000.00.
