Above subject was located passed out in a vehicle at the above location. Subject had a strong oder of alcohol beverage on his person and admitted to drinking. Subject refused to submit to any testing advising that he was not driving. The key to the vehicle were in the ignition and the vehicle was still warm. Subject was arrested and charged with Aggravated DWI and No Insurance.

Deputies responded to a residence at the above location in referance to a female that was being battered by a male. Upon arrival contact was made with a female and several males inside the residence. Upon investigation it was discoved that the above male arrived at the residence and entered in with permission. While inside the residence the male armed himself with a screwdriver and thrented individuals in the residence. Subject also struck a female in the face with his hand and refused to let her leave the residence.

Above subject was observed driving at a high rate of speed at the above location. Upon conducting a traffic stop and making contact with the driver it was discovered that he showed signs of impairment. Subject was placed into custody and sumitted to a breath test which showed the results of over twice the legal limit.

Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance at the above location. Upon deputies arrival it was discoved that the above arrested subject had commited a battery on a family member.

Deputies responded to a call of an intoxicated male causing a disturbance at the above location. Subject was located on the property highly intoxicated and became abusive with officers and resisted arrest. Victim advsied that the male who is a relative came to her residence knocking on the doors and windows demanding to be let in. Victim refused to let him in and called the Sheriff's Office for help.

Victim parked her vehicle at the above location to go for a walk. When she returned she noticed a window to her vehicle shattered. Suspect left a tire iron on her rear seat. The tire iron will be submitted into evidence. Taken from the car was a purse, wallet, and cell phone.

The above suspect was stopped for a seatbelt violation. She had in her possession a small amount of marijuana and had an active warrant. Driver was arrested.
