On 07-16-2007, Deputies were called to Aviation Blvd. in reference to a battery that took place. When Deputies arreved on scene they located the victim battered and lying in his driveway. Victim stated that while he was in his home, 3 unknown person's entered the home and beat him with a bat. Victim was transported to St. Vincent's Hospital. Later that evening, Deputies were dispatched to # 43 A Aviation, in reference to a welfare check. When Deputies arrived they found a second victim beaten. He too was transported to St. Vincent's Hospital.

02-17-2007 Suspect: Michael Villalobos, Address: 6212 Vuelta Ventura Santa Fe N.M. 87507. On this date Deputies responded to 6212 Vuelta Ventura in reference to a verbal disagreement with the arresstee and his father. While officers were conducting their investigation, Mr. Villialobos refused to give Deputies his correct name and date of birth. Mr. villalobos was arrested and taken to the Santa Fe County Adult Facility where he then decided to cooperate.

Charged: DWI; Accident involving damage to vehicle; Resisting, evading or obstructing(2 counts)
Driver and his passenger were arguing driver became upset and "hit the gas" causing him to lose control of vehicle. Vehicle struck a blockwall at #7 Calle Carlota and mailbox at #8 then left the scene. Deputies followed oil marks on the roadway from the scene to Camino de las Montoyas. Driver admitted to being drunk and wrecking. Driver became combative and aggressive during interview therefore he was taken into custody and transported into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
