Traffic stop was conducted and vehicle reversed into Deputies patrol vehicle. Driver showed signs of impairment and refused SFST's and Chemical testing. He aso resisted deputies when being placed under arrest. Subject was booked into SFADC without incident.

Case#2023001850/Breaking and Entering and Criminal Damage to Property/3-27-23

Location: 1 Block Nephets Lane Endgewood, NM

Suspect: Alexis Hennecy, 36YOF, Edgewood, NM

Deputies were dispached to the above address in reference to Breaking and Entering that occurred between the hours of 0957 and 1009. The victim advised his neighbor broke into his home through the front door, causing approximatley $146.00 worth of damage. Suspect transported to hospital and will be summonsed into court.


Case #2023001837 Suspicious Activity

Location: Valle Vista, Santa Fe NM

Suspects: 36 YOA Hispanic male wearing all black with white shoes

                  33 YOA Hispanic male wearing green/black jacket, blue jeans, tan boots, and a backpack

Deputies responded to the location reference two males attempting to vandalize or seal parts from an abandoned bus near the area. Deputies observed that the males attempted to remove the muffler from the vehicle. Deputies were unable to locate an owner for the bus. Investigation is ongoing.

Deputies responded to the location reference an identity theft. Deputies were advised that unknown suspect(s) used victim’s name, social security number, and date of birth to obtain an apartment and utilities in Texas. No suspect info at this time.


Case#2023001846/Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle & Larceny/3-27-23

Location: 200 Block of Dinosaur Trail, Santa Fe, NM 

Stolen: 1999 White Ford F-250, $1300 worth of misc. tools

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. Upon arrival deputies discovered that Sometime between Friday March 24, and March 25, 2023, an unknown suspect took the above mentioned vehicle and tools. No suspect information at this time.


Case#2023001838/Unattended Death/3-27-23

Location: Ramon Rivera Dr., santa fe County, NM

Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a respritory/cardiac arrest. . Deputies arrived shortly before SF medics, who conducted a medical examination. SF medics could not discover a pulse or any heart activity. The victim also appeared to have slipped on a section of wet floor from mopping and hit her head on the ground. OMI arrived on scene and declared the victim deceased. No suspicious activity involved.

Traffic stop was conducted on vehicle for failure to stop at stop sign. Driver agreed to SFST's and showed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested and agreed to chemcical testing. Driver was booked into SFADC without incident.

Deputies were dispacthed to location for a 80YO female not breathing. It was determined female had been sick and was found by her grandson. No signs of foul play.


Case 2023001832 Suspended registration /Violation of a protection Order

Traffic stop was conducted for suspended registration. Driver had a rifle on the back seat and had an active protection order in place. Suspect was in violation of his protection order for being in possession of a firearm. he was placed under arrest and booked into SFADC witout incident
