On 12/20/07 at 2200 hours victim left her residence and went to Tesuque. When she came back at around 0115 she discovered her west faciing bedroom window broken. Victim discovered $2000 in cash missing from inside the residence. Victim did not notice anything else missing from inside the residence.

On 12/20/07 at approx 9:05am a 911 call was received from a female claiming that she found her baby in his crib unresponsive. Paramedics arrived and rushed infant to St Vincent ER, where he died. Investigation continues.
