Suspect: Isaiah Sanchez   28 years old

Charges: Aggravated DWI, reckless driving

Driver was involved in a domestic dispute with his mother. He was intoxicated and left the residence driving in a truck. Driver drove on the wrong side of the road and was stopped. It was determined that the driver was impaired and intoxicated. Driver was arrested.

The suspect drove up to a sobriety check point and was found to be impaired by alcohol. He submitted to Field Sobriety Testing and was arrested. He submitted to a breath test and the results were: .24 and .24 respectively. An Interstate Identification Index search was conducted and it was discovered that the suspect was arrested for four prior DWI's in Texas. He was charged with Felony DWI and booked accordingly.

Arrested: Cesar Navarette-Martinez, 25 yoa, Santa Fe, NM

A vehicle sped up behind a patrol unit with its high beams engaged. The vehicle passed the patrol unit and began to swerve from lane to lane as it headed westbound on Airport Road, near La Carrera Street. The suspect vehicle then traveled through a red light at the intersection of State Road 599 and began to travel southbound on State Road 599. The vehicle was intercepted and a traffic stop yielded the arrest of the above named defendant. The defendant refused to submit to chemical testing and he was booked accordingly into the county jail.

Victim stated that suspect showed up at his residence last week to work on the rock area with another male and worked for about 2 hours.  Victim stated upon his return home the work was not done and the flagstone that he had purchased from suspect was missing.  Victim valued the 2 stacks of flagstone at about $2000.00.  Victim stated the flagstone was very large and it would take at least 2 people to load each piece.
