Deputies responded to a report of a violent domestic dispute at this location. Upon arrival, a 17 year old female (complainant) was found walking down the street. She reported that she heard her mother screaming in her bedroom and went to investigate. She stated that she observed her step-father pinning her mother down on the bed. She then called 911. An investigation was conducted and the suspect admitted to holding down his wife on the bed so she would not leave the residence. He was booked accordingly for False Imprisonment.

Victim: Joe Sena age 59
On 11/17/07 at 0915hrs/am County EMS and Sheriff Dept responded to a 911 call in which a male subject appeared to be having a heart attack. EMS provided CPR but the male was pronounced dead at the scene. OMI preliminary investigation ruled a natural death. Victim had a long history of heart problems. There were no signs of trauma or foul play. Numerous family members were present.

Family members reported that Mr. Areallano has not been seen or heard from since 11/11/07. Family is concerned since personal belongings were still in his trailer, and it is out of character for him not to call or let someone know where he is.

Daniel Maes was arrested for Aggrravated DWI, Revoked license, Concealing Identity after being stopped near San Filepe Rd. / Airport Road. Maes was out of his vehicle at one point vomiting. He showed signs of impairment, refused chemical testing, gave a false name to the arresting officer and was found to have a revoked license from a prior DWI arrest.

Deputies responded to a domestic dispute at this location. Upon arrival, it was determined that the male party had assaulted the female victim in front of her mother. The above named defendant was arrested and booked accordingly into the County Jail.

Vehicle was stopped after a traffic offense. Driver showed several signs of intoxication. driver was found to have 5 prior arrests for DWI, on his driving history. The passangers in the vehicle all had warrants and probation holds. The driver was also found to be on probation.

Suspect vehicle was stopped after a traffic violation. deputy observed above arrested subject driving suspect vehicle. Driver showed various signs of intoxication during contact with deputy. Driver was arrested. A breath test revealed the driver had a BAC of .10%.
