On this date the victim was located inside the home after the landlord could not gat ahold of him for several days. Death appeared to be of natural causes.

Victim reported finding his home burglarized after being away from his home for about 1 1/2 hours from 1100 am to 1230 pm. Victim says person(s) gained entry through window and removed jewelry, Coniac decanters, and a handgun. Estimated value of items taken is $8000.00.

the above named victim stated she was at a party off Richards Avenue on 9-6-07 and her purse with the above items were stolen. Victim stated that after placing her purse down after a short time she noticed her purse missing. Case is pending

Victim reported that on 9/7/07 between the hours of 0730 and 1800 unknown person(s) broke the rear window to his home leading to the bathroom and removed a Flatscreen TV, Jewelry, a X-box, camera and a passport. Estimated value of items taken is $2100.00.

Location: 3900 Country Club Road, Santa Fe, NM
On 9/8/07 between the hours of 1100 and 1200, victim stated she was in church and had her vehicle parked in the parking lot of the Woodmen of the world. She stated that some of the kids had seen a male take her vehicle which is a 1997 Ford F-150 green pickup. She stated she left her purse in the vehicle. Estimated value of vehicle is $7000.00. Vehicle had key in ignition.

A woman reported that her 14 yoa female daughter ran away from their residence after she was denied permission to have a relationship with a 20 yoa male. The female has not been located and it is unknown if she is in the company of the 20 yoa male in question. The female was entered NCIC as a runaway / missing person.

Arrested: Fernando War 21, and Elias War 25
Deputies responded to a road rage incident that evolved into a fight where the two above named suspects pointed a hand gun and a knife at other males in a parking lot. The suspects were arrested and booked accordingly into the county jail.
0207007097-Structure Fire

Location: Louis Road
Deputies responded to a residential structure fire. An external shed caught fire and as a result, started a mobile home next to the shed on fire. The fire was extinguished by fire personnel and the cause is under investigation. No one was injured as a result of the fire.

Deputy assigned: David Jaramillo. Commander entering: Sgt. Ernest Borrego, Location of incident: 05 Camino Debra. Suspect: Fernando Martinez age 20. Charges: Possession of a controlled substance to wit: Marijuana, Possession of a controlled substance to wit: Morphine. On 09/09/2007 the suspect was found to be in possession of marijuana and morphine when Deputies responded to his home for a seperate incident.
0207007105 Burglary, Unauthorized graffiti on personal or real property, Criminal damage to property, Larceny
Deputy Assigned: Michael Delgado. Commander entering: Sgt. Ernest Borrego. Location of incident: 3810 Oliver Road (Associated Asphalt). Suspect/Charges none.
Sometime between 09/08/2007 after 6:00 P.M. and 09/09/2007 before 1:30 P.M. someone burglarized a camping trailer parked on the property of Associated Asphalt. The victim reported a DVD player was stolen from within the camper and the suspect also spray-painted graffiti in black and orange paint on 18 different locations throughout the property.
