Victim reported that on November 28, 2007 between the hours of 1:00 pm and 3:45 pm unknown suspect(s) gained unauthorized forced entry into his residence and stole several electronic items with an estimated value of $1,291.  No suspects or witnesses have developed at this time.

Deputies Responded to a residence in El Rancho In regards a unattended death. the male subject Tom Grant 75 Expired of natural causes, and no foul play was expected.

On the above date the victim was found deceased in his residence by a family member when she went to check on him after not hearing from him for a couple of days. The cause of death is undetermined at this time.

On the above date the victim reported that someone had broke in to her house and stole a VCR, Apple I-pod, a Dell Laptop Computer, DVD movies, and several items of food. Entry was gained by breaking a window on the door and unlocking the deadbolt.

On the above date the victim reported that he recieved a call from the Homewood Suites here in Santa Fe Stating that someone had used his credit card to rent a room for eleven days. The victim stated that he never authorized that transaction and he lives in Verginia and has not been in Santa Fe since 1980.

Location: 28 Camino Justicia, Santa Fe County Jail

Arrested: 1. Rocky Romero, 26 yoa, 2. David Montoya, 34 yoa

While conducting a cell search at the Santa Fe County Jail, Corrections Personnel found a hidden bindle that contained a white powder substance that was field tested postitive for cocaine. The two inmates were interviewed and later charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance to wit: Cocaine.

Sometime on 11/25/2007 unknown person(s) unlawfully entered his residence and stole said items. The suspect(s) also shattered the glass oven door while inside the residence.

Location: LAs Estrellas Road.

 Deputies arrested Mario Audelo 30 of Santa Fe at his residence on two outstanding warrants. One out of Santa Fe District Court and the other out of Santa Fe County Magistrate Court. Mr. Audelo was booked into the Santa fe County dentention Center and Booked Accordingly.

Location of arrest:  Airport Road & San Felipe, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect:  Beverly Diaz, age 41, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Aggravated DWI, Open Container, Speeding

Driver was observed travelling west on Airport Road & Calle Lucia at 55 in a posted 40 mph zone.  Upon contact with driver an odor of an intoxicant was emitting from the interior of the vehicle.  Deputy Webb observed when driver opened the glove box an open bottle of Coors Light which was spilling on the paperwork.  Upon further conversation with driver, I noticed she had red watery eyes and an odor of an intoxicant coming from her person.  Driver was administered SFST's and was placed under arrest due to failing SFST's.  Driver was advised of the New Mexico Implied Consent Act and refused to submit to a breath test.  She was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.
