Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a warrant service. Deputies learned Mr. Lemus was inside of a stolen motor vehicle and had three active felony warrants. Deputies located Mr. Lemus inside of the motor vehicle that was entered into NCIC as stolen. He was taken into custody without incident and charged accordingly.

Contact with the subject was made at the location for being on private property. The subject had a Magistrate warrant for his arrest for failure to appear, with the original charge of Driving while his license was revoked. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC.

Contact with the subject at the location for being on private property. The subject had a Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear with the original charge of unlawful use of a license. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC

Location: Los Ranchitos (Chimayo)
Decedent: 96 YOM
Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to an ambulance assist. Medics were on scene and advised the patient showed no signs of life and had an DNR in place. OMI responded to the location and completed a separate investigation. There were no signs of suspicious activity.
Case 2024004564- Unattended death- 9/3/2024

Location: Ramsey Rd
Deceased: 24 YOM
Deputies were dispatched to the location for a male not conscious or breathing with a gunshot wound. Medics arrived on scene and determined the male was beyond life-saving measures. OMI arrived on scene and determined the gunshot wound was self-inflicted and there were no signs of foul play.

Arrested: Kenneth Mitchell 32 yoa (Tesuque)
Subject was stopped for a traffic violation and found to have an active warrant for his arrest out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court for failing to appear. Subject was taken to ADC without incident.

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. The victim reported the trailer was parked on his front yard and he last observed it at approximately 6:00 pm on September 1, 2024. When the victim woke at approximately 7:00 am on September 2, 2024, he notcied the trailer had been stolen.

Deputies were dispatched to the location to assist Santa Fe County Medics in reference to a male who was not conscious and not breathing. Deputies arrived to find a deceased male who was reported to not feeling good earlier in the evening. There were no signs of foul play, cause of death is pending at this time.

Deputies responded to an after the fact assault that occurred on August 30, 2024. The victim stated he was at a bonfire and was in a physical altercation with three individuals. The victim stated the males lifted a shirt and ensured the victim witnessed they were carrying a firearm. The victim's phone was taken and money was transferred out of the victim's CashApp account..

Deputies responded to the area for a suspicious vehicle. Contact was made with the driver and he was requested to perform field sobriety tests. Male then quit performing tests part of the way through. He agreed to a breath test and blew 0.22/0.23 BAC.
