On above date, deputies responded to a reported stolen motor vehicle. Victim believes vehicle was stolen sometime between October 8,2022 or October 9,2022. Victim advised above unknown suspects may have stolen the above listed vehicle. No other information is available at this time. Possibly last seen at the Espanola Allsup's.

Arrested: Sigifrido Chacon-Lucero 32 yoa male (Santa Fe)
Responded to assist Pojoaque Police who located a stolen motor vehicle in the parking lot of the facility. Male found to be in possession of stolen motor vehicle. Male arrested and booked into SFADF without incident.

CHARGES: DWI (1ST OFFENSE) AND ROADWAYS LANED FOR TRAFFIC
On 10-14-22, shortly after 11 p.m., Deputy Cody Lattin was flagged down by a motorist about a possible impaired driver. Deputy Cody Lattin located the vehicle as it turned onto Camino Bajo from NM 14 and conducted a traffic stop. The driver was unable to maintain a single lane of traffic.
Deputy Cody Lattin conducted a DWI investigation, which yielded the arrest of Michael Anthony Mora of Santa Fe County. Mora submitted to a chemical test, which resulted in the BrAC of 0.13g/210L and 0.12g/210L respectfully. Mora was booked into the detention center without incident.

Deputies located a vehicle as reported stolen from Santa Fe NM. The driver of the vehicle was taken into custody and booked.

LOCATION: TESUQUE VILLAGE RD/ HEIWA TESEQUE PUEBLO SANTA FE COUNTY
ARRESTEE: GLENN ALAN CAPENER-57-YEAR-OLD, W/M, SANTA FE RESIDENT
On 10-13-2022, Deputy Tanner Tixier was dispatched to Tesuque Village Road and Heiwa, reference to a truck stuck in the mud. A male was observed staggering around in the area.
Deputy Tixier found the vehicle and a male, who was identified as Glenn Alan Capener. Capener was found to be highly intoxicated and was arrested. Capener was transported to the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office, where his level of intoxication seemed to increase. Based off his level of intoxication, Medics were called to the office and eventually transported Capener to the emergency room for further evaluation. Based off the events with Capener, he was summoned to the court for the infraction of Aggravated DWI (1st offense).
