On 10-8-22, Pojoaque Pueblo Officers conducted a traffic stop for expired registration. During the contact a pill later identified as Fentanyl was observed on the floorboard of the vehicle. Deputy Rivera took over the investigation on the non-native driver, James Roybal, who was taken into custody without incident. Roybal was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
2022005871/ AGG. ASSAULT AGAINST HHM WITH DEADLY WEAPON

LOCATION: VISTA DRIVE, EDGEWOOD, NM
SUSPECT: DANA YVONNE LERMA- 43-YEAR-OLD W/F, ALBUQUERQUE RESIDENT
CHARGES: AGG. ASSAULT ON AN HHM, AGG. STALKING AND CRIMINAL TRESPASS
On 10-7-22, Deputy Madrid responded to a residence at the above address reference to a female, Dana Yvonne Lerma, who attempted to use her vehicle as a weapon. Lerma attempted to run over a family member with her vehicle during an argument. Lerma also violated a TRO with this incident along with criminal trespass on the property of the family member. Lerma was not on-scene when Deputy Madrid arrived. A warrant for her arrest was drafted and approved. The warrant was entered into NCIC.
2022005876/ AGG. STALKING (TRO VIOLATION) & BATTERY AGAINST A HHM

LOCATION: E. RAMADA WAY, SANTA FE COUNTY, NM
ARRESTEE: DESTINY CDEBACA, 23-YEAR-OLD, H/F, SANTA FE COUNTY RESIDENT
On 10-7-2022, Deputy Tixier and Sgt. Cullison responded to a residence on E. Ramada Way for a domestic incident. During the course of the investigation, Deputy Tixier learned the victim had a valid TRO (Temporary Restraining Order-domestic violence related) against the other party, who was Destiny Cdebaca. During the time prior to law enforcement arriving, the two were involved in a physical altercation, which Destiny Cdebaca was found to be the aggressor, based off physical injuries on the victim. Destiny Cdebaca was placed into custody for the above charges and booked into Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 10-7-2022, Deputy Cody Latin conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with an inoperable license plate lamp. Contact was made with the registered owner and driver, who was Paul Lucas Martinez. Martinez was taken into custody based on the fact; he was operating the vehicle on a revoked license pursuant to a previous DWI arrest. Martinez was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without incident.

SUSPECT: LUKE MARTINEZ-24-YEAR-OLD H/M, SANTA FE COUNTY RESIDENT
On 10-6-2022, Deputy Leonard Martinez was dispatched to the area of Los Pinos Road reference to a road rage incident. Deputy Martinez learned the victim was the suspect's former boss and Luke Martinez attempted to harm the victim as he swerved into his lane of traffic with a vehicle. Based on evidence it appears this was a deliberate act. A warrant was drafted and approved. The warrant was entered into NCIC. Case is still active.

Stolen: 2011 Husq FC450 Dirt Bike (Red/White) NM/OHB54989
On Thursday, October 6th, 2022 deputies responded to the above location in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. Contact was made with the victim and they advised the dirt bike was stolen around a month ago. It was also advised the dirt bike was possibly seen in the Los Pinos area. The bike was entered into NCIC as stolen. Case remains under investigation.

On Wednesday, October 5th, 2022, deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a violation. Upon making contact with the driver, it was learned he had an active bench warrant out of Colfax County Magistrate Court. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, he was booked without incident.

On Wednesday, October 5th, 2022 deputies responded to the above area in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, it was discovered that the above suspect had battered a household member. He was subsequently placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, he was booked without incident.

Arrested: Michael Lopez, 48 YOM
On Wednesday, October 5th, 2022, deputies were patrolling the above area when they observed a vehicle with an illegible registration plate. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was found to have an invalid-revoked license. The driver was placed under arrest. It was also discovered that the registration plate on the vehicle had been stolen out of Albuquerque, NM. The driver was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Subject was involved in a single vehicle crash. He admitted to consuming alcohol before operating the vehicle. SFST's were conducted and signs of impairment were observed. Subject submitted to a breath test which showed results over .16,.16. Subject was booked into SFADC with no incident.
