On the above date the suspect had crashed his vehicle and was parked in the middle of the road. The suspect admitted to consuming narcotics prior to the contact. The suspect was later found to be impaired and agreed to a blood test. The suspect was arrested without incident.

Deputies responded to the above address. Pojoaque PD received a hit on a license at the casino for a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was located in the parking lot. The above named suspect was driving the vehicle and placed under arrest. He was book into Santa Fe ADC for the above charges.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a suspicious person. Upon arrival, it was learned an unknown suspect aggressively grabbed the victim’s shoulder and attempted to take his dirt bike. The victim described the male suspect as a 5’8”, 180 pounds’ white male, wearing a grey shirt and blue jeans. The suspect was driving a black in color Silverado truck. No other suspect information known at this time.

On date listed, Deputies were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident with injuries. Vehicle had left the scene but was later located. Driver agreed to SFST's and showed signs of impairment. An open container was found inside the vehicle. Chemical testing showed a .13 and .13. Driver arrested and booked.

On 7-17-2022, Deputy Podolak and Sgt. Mosher responded to the above address reference to TRO violation. Deputy Podolak located Crystal Padilla at this residence, which Padilla has been prohibited from being at by a district judge. Padilla was taken into custody for violation of the TRO and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
