Arrested: Maria Hamilton 65 yoa female (Santa Fe)

Subject was stopped by a SFPD officer for erratic driving outside of the City Of Santa Fe. Deputy arrived on scene and assumed the investigation. The suspect displayed signs of impairment and was arrested. Suspect refused to submit a breath sample. She was booked into SFADC without further incident.


Case# 2022004092 Battery on a household member 7-15-22

Location: Apache Ridge Road (Arroyo Hondo) 

Arrested: Cruzito Martinez-Alejo 24 yoa male 

Deputies were dispatched to a domestic dispute at about 2:00 a.m., investigation revealed the suspect had engaged in an argument with his girlfriend over cell phone messages. During the argument, he grabbed the female and shook her and pushed her off their bed. He was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without further incident.

MISSING: STEVEN GALBADON, 59 YOM, SANTA FE

On 07-14-2022, deputies responded to the are in reference to a missing male, deputies learned the male has not been seen in 3 days by his friends and family members. He was entered as a missing person. There is no clothing description or last known location.


2022004084/Aggravated DWI/7-14-22

SUSPECT: ALEJANDRO GARCIA, 53 YOM, SANTA FE.

On 07-14-2022, deputies responded to the location for a stalled vehicle. The suspect showed signs of impairment and a DWI investigation revealed he was intoxicated. Suspect was placed under arrest and gave a breath test of .27. He was booked for Aggravated DWI.


2022004079-Controlled or couterfeit substance,distribution prohibited-07/14/22

Location: 28 Camino Justicia

Suspect: Joseph Torrez (34)

Dispatched to location reference to narcotics located on inmate. 38 Xanax pills located by jail staff during intake scan. Inmate rebooked accordingly.

 


2022004072/Larceny, Criminal Damage to Prop/ 7-14-22

LOCATION: DINOSOUR TR.

SUSPECT: UNKNOWN

On 07-14-2022, deputies responded to a business and learned a suspect stole 3 catalytic convertors from three different vehicles, while removing one of the catalytic convertors the suspect damaged the transmission causing extensive damage. No suspect information at this time.


Case#2022004058 Battery against household member 07-01-22

Location: near 183 mile post on US 84/285

Arrested: John Dominguez 42 year old male (Santa Fe)

Subject was arrested after investigation revealed he was involved in a physical altercation with his girlfriend. During the altercation, it was alleged the arrestee had punched his girlfriend in the face. Deputies located evidence to corroborate the allegation. He was arrested and booked into SFADC without further incident.

Suspect: Maxmiliano Contreras, 23 YOA, Santa Fe

The above subject was remanded into custody in open court by Judge Ellington. Subject was booked accordingly. 


2022004056/Fraud/07-12-2022

Location: Summer Road, Santa Fe, NM

On Tuesday, July 12th, 2022, deputies made contact with a victim who advised they had checks stolen from their mailbox. Contact was made with the victim and they advised multiple business checks were stolen. Unknown suspects then attempted to cash the checks. This case remains under investigation.

The suspect was stoped for a traffic violation and was later found to be driving on a revoked license (DWI related). The suspect was arrested without incident.
