Deputies were dispatched to a crash in the above area. Deputies located the subject in his vehicle which was high centered on a large boulder. Subject was found to have operated the vehicle while intoxicated and was arrested. Subject refused to submit to chemical testing. Subject was booked into SFADC.

2022003116 / Bomb Scares Unlawful / 5-27-22

Location McDonald's (Pojoaque)
Suspect: juvenile male
On 5-27-22 at about 8:30pm a bomb threat was called in to the McDonald's in Pojoaque New Mexico. The manager received the call and immediately called 911 to report it. The Sheriff's Office and Pojoaque Police responded and evacuated the McDonald's and the Taco Bell next door. An investigation ensued and it was discovered a juvenile male called in the bomb threat. The juvenile was located and questioned. He stated it was a prank and there was no real bomb. The exterior and interior of the building were searched prior to letting employees back inside.

On Friday, May 27th, 2022, deputies responded to the above area in reference to an ambulance assist. It was advised that a male had become stuck under a vehicle and wasn't able to free himself. Upon arrival, the male showed no signs of life. OMI was summoned to the scene. No signs of foul play were observed.

On Wednesday, May 25th, 2022, deputies responded to the above location in reference to an after the fact residential burglary. Contact was made with the victim and they advised between 3:00 pm and 7:30 pm on 05-25-2022, unknown suspects gained unlawful entry into the home and stole the above mentioned items. This case remains under investigation.
