The subject also had a confirmed warrant for arrest out of Ro Arriba Magistrate Court for failure to pay fines with the original charge of Driving While License Revoked, DWI-related. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a larceny. Upon arrival, it was learned that unknown suspect (s) unlawfully took the above items from the location. The item was placed into NCIC as stolen.

Arrested: Jose Flores-Raelas, 37YOM, Los Alamos, NM
Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to an assistance with another agency. According to dispatch, Los Alamos PD had stopped out with a driver who was asleep or passed out in the driver's seat. When deputies arrived, they learned the male was passed out in the driver's seat and had his foot on the gas while the vehicle was in park. Deputies conducted their investigation and determined the male was impaired. The subject refused chemical testing. The subject was transported and booked into the detention facility without incident.

Location- Johnson Mesa Rd (Rancho Viejo)
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in reference to a verbal domestic dispute. While making contact, deputies learned that Deven Roybal had an outstanding warrant. He was placed under arrest and later booked at ADC on the warrant.

Tesuque Police Department requested assistance with a traffic stop for a possible DUI. Deputies arrived on scene and made contact with the driver. The driver showed signs of impairment and agreed to a breath test. The driver provided two breath samples of .21/.21. The Subject was booked into Santa Fe ADC.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop for failing to maintain lanes. The above subject( Driver) admitted to consuming alcohol and a DUI investigation was conducted. The Subject showed signs of impairment and was arrested. A breath test was administered with the results of .15/.15. The subject was booked into Santa Fe ADC.

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a narcotics violation. During a seacrh performed by Correctional Officers, Mr. Archuleta was found to have in his possession, 52 suspected Fentanyl pills. Mr. Archuleta was rebooked accordingly.
