On May 1, 2022, deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to a call of a male that was sleeping behind the wheel of a vehicle. Once on scene deputies learned the vehicle was stolen. The above suspect attempted to flee and a short foot pursuit ensued. The suspect was unsuccessful and was apprehended. The male also had three active arrest warrants. He was arrested and booked into Jail.

On April 30, 2022, deputies were dispatched to a residence in reference to a call that a male had entered a residence that was for sale and was living inside. The investigation reveled that the male entered the residence through a window. He was arrested and booked into jail for the above crime.

On April 29, 2022, deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to an auto burglary in progress. Once on scene deputies located the above female stealing a battery from the vehicle. She was arrested and booked into jail.

Arrested: Armando Cera-Saenz 25 yoa male (Santa Fe)
Subject was stopped for a registration offense, and an open container was observed. Subject showed signs of impairment and field sobriety tests were conducted. Subject performed poorly and was arrested. He submitted a breath sample of .08 and .08. He was booked into SFADC without incident.

On April 28, 2022 Deputies were informed by the victim that someone broke into the storage unit on April 25, 2022. The entire locking mechanism had been removed from the unit and approximately $2000 worth of spool copper wire had been taken. No suspect at this time.

On April 27, 2022 the victim returned to the residence he had been working on to get a drink. He left when he found the suspect inside the residence. The suspect told him he had permission to stay there, to which the victim assured him he did not. The suspect left the residence without taking anything that he had placed by the front door. The victim was able to take a side profile picture of the suspect.

BRANDAN TERRELL EVERAGE- 37-YEAR OLD AFRICIAN-AMERICAN MALE- ALBUQUERQUE RESIDENT.
Cpl. Cullison responded to a suspicious vehicle and learned the above suspects had been involved in a residential burglary as they were found in the area. This case is still under investigation.
