Deputy made contact with victim who reported he lent his son the vehicle to go to the store. Son has yet to return the vehicle and does not respond to requests to return the vehicle. Case is under investigation.

Deputy responded to location after receiving reports of a female who was battered by a male and female. Once on scene and through investigation it was learned an argument ocurred amongst the three individuals which escalated into a physical fight. Victim suffered injuries but refused further treatment. Charges are pending at this time.

Victim reported her garage was broken into causing damage to the door. Unknown suspect(s) stole a chainsaw, Electric trimmer and a rug. No information on the suspect at this time. Case is under investigation.

Narrative: Subject arrived at Magistrate Court and was found to have an active warrant. Subject was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center (ADC) where he was booked.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence in reference to a male who was not conscious and not breathing. Witnesses on scene advised the male had medical and drug usage issues. No foul play was suspected during the investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to the area for a single vehicle crash. Contact was made with the driver who exhibited signs of impairment during field testing. Driver consented to a breath test and blew 0.19, 0.21, 0.22 BAC. Driver was booked and charged accordingly.

A traffic stop was conducted for speeding and contact was made with the driver Shiloh. During the traffic stop a firearm was located in the center console of the vehicle. The driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested for DWI and refused chemical testing. The subject was booked into Santa Fe ADC.

Suspect: Jose Grcia-Almina, 44YOM, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. It was learned that the victim returned to his residence and discovered that the above vehicle had been taken without his permission. According to witnesses, the above suspect told them that he had taken the vehicle. The vehicle has not been located and has been entered into NCIC as stolen.
