Deceased: 68-year-old female from Santa Fe
On 3-23-22 a family member found the victim unresponsive in her residence and called 911. Upon law enforcement and paramedic arrival life saving procedures were attempted but unsuccessful. Upon completion of the investigation it was discovered the victim suffered from several medical conditions and passed away from natural causes.

Stolen: Wallet, credit cards, gift card, ID, EBT card
The victim reported some entered their unlocked vehicle between 6pm on 3-22-22 and 1:00pm on 3-23-22 and stole their wallet. The suspect attempted to use the victim's bank card but the transactions did not go through.

On Tuesday, March 22nd, 2022, deputies responded to the above location for a report of a not conscious and not breathing female. Upon arrival, paramedics completed a exhaustive attempt at reviving the victim, but she could not be revived. OMI was summoned to the scene. Based on the investigation, the death appeared to be of natural causes and no foul play was observed.

On 3-21-2022, Deputy Naranjo responded to the 100 Block of Old Dog Road, where a stolen vehicle was found. This vehicle was found to be stolen out of Albuquerque, NM. The vehicle was returned to the owner. This case is under investigation.

Arrested: Roberto Soria-Hinojo
The 18 year old victim was working as a house keeper at BTR casino and resort. While she was in a room cleaning, the suspect came in and began helping her with the bedding. At one point the suspect grabbed the victim and pinned her against the TV desk and held her so she couldn’t move. The suspect began kissing her neck and rubbing his hand up and down her body over the clothing, at one point squeezing both the victim’s breasts. She was able to get away from him and report this to her supervisor. During the interview with the suspect, he provided deputy with a false name and date of birth. His true identity was learned and he was booked for the above listed charges.

Arrested: Luis Dominguez-Hernandez
On the above date,Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a domestic disturbance. Victim stated she wanted to leave the residence, and got in her vehicle. The suspect opened her door and pinched her breast. Victim re-entered the home to gather items, when the suspect kicked her leg. Suspect told victim if she called police, he was going to do something to her. Victim felt threatened and called law enforcement. Suspect was arrested and booked at ADC.
Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility for the above charges.

On Friday, March 18th, 2022, deputies responded to the above location for a report of a stolen vehicle. Contact was made with the victim and they advised the vehicle was taken between March 14th and March 16th. The vehicle was entered into NCIC as stolen. This case remains under investigation.

Deputy responded to above location in reference a burglary. Victim advised that an unknown suspect entered the storage shed she lives in and took without permission a wallet, NM ID and bank card. The suspect is unknown and this is an ongoing investigation.

On 3-18-2022 Deputy Olivas responded to a location, where an unknown person(s) damaged a motor vehicle. The suspect(s) damaged the vehicle by cutting off the catalytic convertor. This location property also was damaged with the perimeter fence being cut. This case is under investigation.
