Suspect: Jose Grcia-Almina, 44YOM, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. It was learned that the victim returned to his residence and discovered that the above vehicle had been taken without his permission. According to witnesses, the above suspect told them that he had taken the vehicle. The vehicle has not been located and has been entered into NCIC as stolen.

Deceased- 41 year old male (Santa Fe)
Deputies and rescue personnel were dispatched to the location in reference to the caller stating they found their son unresponsive. Upon arrival by first responders, it was determined that the male was beyond help and life saving measures were not started. Nothing suspicious was noticed, and OMI was called to the scene.

Deputies responded to disorderly conduct a call for service at the above location and identified Sare who had a warrant for her arrest. The warrant was for failure to appear with the original charge of battery. Sara was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC.
Case #2024005413 / Breaking and Entering - Burglary - Larceny - Criminal Damage to Property / 10/13/2024

Victim: 55 YOA (Santa Fe County)
Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a burglary. The victim reported $1,600.00 in stolen items and damage to the property. The incident occurred between September 12, 2024 and October 13, 2024.

Arrested- Luis Garcia (36 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Deputies were dispatched in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival deputies learned about a physical confrontation between a couple, and determined that Luis Garcia was the primary aggressor. He was arrested and booked at ADC.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the above location. When they made contact with the driver, signs of impairment were observed, and SFST's were conducted. The driver was arrested on the above charges and booked into Santa Fe ADC.

Deputies were dispatched to the location regarding an ambulance assist. Medical personnel arrived on scene prior to Law enforcement and began life-saving measures, which were unsuccessful. The decedent was known to have medical complications. OMI was contacted and no foul play is suspected.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a burglary. According to the victim, she arrived at the camper and noticed that her firearm was missing. Forced entry was not observed due to the camper being unlocked. The firearm was entered into NCIC as stolen.
