Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a cardiac arrest.  Medics arrived on scene and determined the patient was beyond any life-saving measures.  Decedent was suffering from medical conditions over the past year.  OMI was contacted and performed a separate investigation.  Foul play is not suspected.

Arrested: Gabriela Valdivia-Gonzalez 53 YOF

Contact with the subject was made during a traffic stop. The subject had an active arrest warrant for failure to appear on original charges of speeding and driving while her license was revoked. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC. 

Case#2024006472/Unattended Death/12-6-24

Location: Calle Gary, Santa Fe, NM

Deceased: 47YOM, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to assistance with an ambulance. Upon arrival, it was learned the deceased had an extensive medical and narcotics abuse history. Foul play is not suspected. OMI arrived on the scene and conducted an investigation on the deceased.

Deputies were dispatched in reference to a criminal damage. Upon arrival, the victim was contacted and showed where his garage door had been damage. The door will most likely need to be replaced. No suspect info is available at this time.

Traffic stop was conducted on vehicle and driver was found to have multiple warrants for his arrest. Driver was arrested and booked into SF ADC with out incident.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for having a headlight out. The driver was identified and was shown to have a revoked drivers license due to a prior DUI. Driver was arrested and charged accordingly.

Driver was stopped and was observed to be drivin on a revoked license and displayed signs of impairment. SFTS's were conducted and signs of impairment were observed. Driver was arrested and booked into SF ADC with out incident.

Decedent: 65 YOM

Deputies reponded to location in reference to a welfare check. Reporting person was unable to get in contact and became concerned. Deputies arrived on scene and located decedent in his residence. No signs of life observed. Cause of death appears natural. No foul play suspected or observed.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to victim reporting two solar panels and an inverter charger were stolen. No suspect information at this time. Case is under investigation.
